ARCS 4107 STUDIO 7, WINTER 2024

Studio Lottery
Fourth-year BAS-Design and BAS-Conservation & Sustainability students are invited to
complete this ballot for selecting design studios in winter 2024. (The lottery does not
apply to BAS-Urbanism.)

Studio outlines are attached. Carefully read each one before choosing. The instructors
are Greg Andonian, Eric Archambault, Jay Lim, and Inderbir Singh Riar.

Please note that students might not receive first choices. Students may not switch
sections.

Observe the following:

1. Give your name, student number, and program

2. Indicate your preferred studio by writing each instructor’s name in order (1 is
highest, 4 is lowest). Ballots not listing all four studios will be rejected
3. Students failing to submit a ballot (or providing an incomplete one) will be
assigned to any studio with remaining space
4. Print the completed ballot and drop it in the box labelled ARCS 4107 Studio
Lottery near Undergraduate Administrator Cassandra Moriarty’s office in room
202. Submit ballots only between 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:30-4:00pm
5. The deadline is Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 3:00pm
