We are writing this letter to inform you that the ISHRM-CFI with La Guilde Culinaire will be
having a seminar and workshop with a theme: Basic and Advanced Fondant Making.
The amount of registration fee will be Php. 1,000.00 only and can be paid until Friday
(February 10, 2023).

The event will be on February 24, 2023 (Friday) 8:00 am until 5:00 pm at the CFI Kitchen
Lab. It will be participated by 1st to 3rd year culinary management students all
preparations for the event is handled by CFI students.
