    Subject : Request to have an earlier class

    I am writing this email to ask for an earlier class.For your information,our class should
    be held on Wednesday as usual however I would like to ask Madam for having an
    earlier class on other days than Wednesday.

    For your information our class members will join the program which will be held at SK
    Bandar DarulAman.The name of this program is ‘Kem Bestari Solat’ which organize
    by our department.We will be a facilitator in this program.This program will start from
    this Wednesday until next week.So,since our class should be held on Wednesday as
    usual,I suggest that we need to replace that class earlier.

    I hope Madam undersatands of our conditions that prevent us from having class on
    Wednesdays.I think this Tuesday is free for our class.It’s a good idea to have English
    class on that day.But if Madam can’t have a class on Tuesday,Madam can reply this
    email to me.It’s ok.See you soon Madam.
