- I am really interested in dance and sports. I've participated in a variety of events and
competitions both inside and outside of school. I enjoy dancing because it allows me to
connect with music, which influences my body, thoughts, and minds. Dance has taught me a
lot in life, including self-confidence and how to listen to and understand my emotions.
Dance is very personal, reflecting something within us that we can only share with the rest
of the world. Playing sports provides me joy and allows me to have some fun in my life.
Sports help me feel more relaxed and at-ease with my life. My life is less hectic as a result. I
enjoy participating in sports because it challenges me and makes me more competitive.
