SECTION I. INTRODUCTION
What we eat should be nutritious because when we don’t have a proper food intake, we
could get sick. As a solution to that, we made a unique type of Lumpia that is nutritious yet
affordable! We often know lumpia or popularly known as Shanghai in every gatherings and we
know how to make it, it’s very easy as one-two-three!

Nowadays, many people want to have a taste of different Lumpia, and that’s how we
made our very own, “PACIOLITOES, potato Lumpia” where you taste Potatolicious in Every
Bite! We will make our target customers happy and satisfied with our very cutie Paciolitoes,
Potato Lumpia! Everyone now can finally get a taste of different delicious taste, nutritious and
affordable Lumpia.

From its words “PACIOLITOES, Potato Lumpia” that consists its major ingredients
potato in a lumpia. Our main reason in making this unique type of lumpia is that, the ingredients
included is healthy and potato has a good amount of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium and
Manganese that helps in curing some types of diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and high
blood pressure.

The “PACIOLITOES, Potato Lumpia” commits to innovate a popular Filipino dish,
Lumpiang Shanghai and give it a new unique version by introducing a new main ingredient
which is Potato at affordable prices.

The “PACIOLITOES, Potato Lumpia” envision to be one of the best innovative food
manufacturing company in the country, or even worldwide by giving a popular dish with a new
twist for the delight customers for we all know how Filipinos are very fond of Lumpia.
1.3 THE BUSINESS VALUES
The business proponents value the teamwork of each other as a whole and not just for
themselves. They value honesty with whoever is involved in this business, be it the customers,
business owners and the employees until the end.

The goals of the business proponents that we look forward are the following:

 To prove that potato in a lumpia as the main ingredient will be popular.


 To give loyal customers the satisfaction they deserve with different innovation of
new flavors and taste of lumpia and its sauces.
 To keep healthy, growing delightful customers with our product.
 To keep the business and its people a great job that will lasts long.

The business proponents want to give satisfaction to the customers with our very own,
“PACIOLITOES, Potato Lumpia” offered in a very affordable price with different flavors and
taste for everyone and to attract more future customers.
SECTION II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Paciolitoes, Potato Lumpia is a start-up business of the proponents Rowena M. Canacan,
Tin Tin M. Atayde, Loren L. Botin, Ma. Nicole DC. Catacutan, Mary Jane H. Venturillo, Kenth
Eugene V. Galvez, Christian L. Ventura, Zedrick A. Mercolita and Mherwin Keith V. Esporna.
They name the business PACIOLITOES, POTATO LUMPIA because of its newest ingtedient in
lumpia, Potato. They decided to create a general partnership in starting the business. In general
partnership, partners involved manage the business and assume responsibility for the
partnertship’s debts and other obligations taken. Each partner contributes fair and capital in form
of money.
We as young entrepreneurs aim, not just to earn money, but to become one of the future
epitome of young successful of entrepreneurs who success in business in such a young age, that
tend to make a great product that is healthy, delicious and affordable for everyone. And for us to
achieve this ultimate goal, we will keep our knowledge in business about business ethics inside
and outside business context. The business will be honestly and strictly controlled by the
abovementioned business proponents and they are the ones who are responsible one for selling
the product offering of the business.
This is expected to be sold outside the school ground since we are still battling against
COVID -19 Pandemic to ensure everyone’s safety. To calculate if the business is making profit,
we plan to provide and project a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. In
comprehensive to that, the feasibility of becoming a well-known in the market is quite high.
SECTION III. THE BUSINESS
PROPONENTS
ROWENA M. CANACAN (THE LEADER)
May 12 in the year 2003 is the day she was first introduced in this world. She’s now 18
years old and currently taking ABM or Accountancy and Business Management in Mallorca
National High School at Mallorca, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. She’s a young lady who’s
dreaming to be a police officer. Rowena excels in all of her academics. In fact, she’s the current
SSG President in their school for the school year 2021-2022. Her favorite subject is science even
she’s good at all of her academics. A great leader, classmate and friend that hopefully, her skills
in leading people will be a great help for her in her dream Café Shop.
TIN TIN M. ATAYDE
She was given birth on August 03,2003. She is 18 years old. She is one of the most
determined persons in her class. She is the type of person who contributes well in all field. Her
skills in Accounting is something their team is proud of. Also known as the most diligent,
hardworking and dependable person.
LOREN L. BOTIN

She was born on April 22, 2004. She just turned 18 and dreaming to become a chef
someday. She's currently taking ABM strand at Mallorca National High School. Her designing
skills is indeed one of the great asset that she has.

MA. NICOLE DC. CATACUTAN


June 27, 2004 was the day she was born. She is 17 years old and taking ABM strand of
senior high school at Mallorca, National, High School. She’s one of the most joyful student in
their class. To succeed in fulfilling her dream is her ultimate goal in life.
MARY JANE H. VENTURILLO

She was born on March 29,2004. She just turned 18 recently and currently student of
ABM SHS at Mallorca national high school. She is approachable and reliable to her team. She is
a determined person and her dream is to bring our business in our goals.

KENTH EUGENE B. GALVEZ

He was given birth on September 14, 2004. He is 17 years old,


taking ABM strand on SHS in Mallorca National High School. This situation
leads him to be more responsible and independent.

CHRISTIAN L. VENTURA
He was born on January 21 2003.He is 19 years old. He is the son Alma and Rico
Ventura. He is currently a Grade 12 student taking up the Accountancy, Business and
Management ABM. He wants to become an Entertainer and a Finance Officer.
ZEDRICK A. MERCOLITA
He was born on April 6, 2004, He is 18 years old and now taking ABM strand of SHS in
Mallorca National High School. His main dream is to become a successful Electrical Engineer
that also own a Construction company. He is a very sleepy person and also has a very artistic
hand that he will soon use to draw his blueprint to success.

MHERWIN KEITH V. ESPORNA


She was born on August 07, 2004. She is turning 18 and dreaming to become a chef
someday. She's currently taking ABM strand at Mallorca National High School. Her love on
playing volleyball is one of the great asset that she has.

TARGET CUSTOMERS
The business proponents do not limit their target costumer as long as they would
love to have a taste of our very own Potato Lumpia. The business proponents’ goals to
provide a great satisfaction to our dear customers. They come up with a great business
idea which is lumpia can be eaten by any individual above 2 years old. The main reason
for that is because we want anyone to have our Paciolitoes, Potato Lumpia without such
boundaries and enable business to grow more by reaching more customers. This product
did not pertain only such people, but for every people who can afford and have a low
budget and that can have a great taste of lumpia, especially those who is lumpia lover.

MAIN VALUE PROPOSITON (MVP)


The general partners want to have greater income to be in help to use with their
financial needs as graduating students. To accomplish that, they will focus in the quality
and the tastiness of the product, in affordable prices. We can make people stress free on
our tasty delicious products. Our honest and hardworking staff will make sure that the
product will be served with passion and hard work. Customer service and affordable price
will be our key to success to ensure that our business will have a profitable future
SECTION V. PRICING
The business proponents are very particular with their profit. They come up with the
unanimous decision to sell their product for as low as ₱5.00 each, similar with other sellers of
Lumpia. They truthfully followed the market pricing of other business owners of the same
industry, but of course, they made sure that they have something different and unique taste of
Lumpia that when customers say they crave for some different taste of lumpia, they would only
think of our Paciolitoes, Potao Lumpia.

SECTION VI. MARKETING


We will use 2 consecutive days to sell our product- since we are still in the battle of fighting
with COVID-19 pandemic, we only limit our days of exposure to our customers. And since we
need to keep our safety protocols, we are only allowed to sell our product with our neighbors to
ensure the safety of our business proponents.
We will create our own Facebook Page- to help ensure our safety, online selling is now one of
the most convenient, and this is to help introduce our product to the netizens publicly and for
those who would like to take their orders.
We will use our connections and fame- since we all know that most of the students nowadays
are known as “famous young people”, we can use that to offer our product to their friends or
relatives to sell more of our delicious Lumpia and to earn more profit.
