Subject: Constitution of ATA-2023 Coordination Committee

It is required to constitute a committee comprising of following officials to coordinate with
ATA contractor and other services companies for all the ATA-2023 activities:

1. Mr. Quaid Jamal / Mr. Bilal Khurshid, I/C Mechanical Chairman

2. Mr. Ahmad Sheeraz / Mr. Muhammad Ahmad, I/C Process Member
3. Mr. Zeeshan Rasool / Mr. Waqar Ahsan Butt, I/C Electrical Member
4. Mr. Usman Qureshi / Mr. Shahzaman Amir Khan, I/C Instrument Member
5. Mr. Tauseef Hassan / Mr. Kamran Saddiqi, I/C HSEQ Member

The committee will look after all the ATA related activities i.e from kick-off meeting and start of ATA
to successful completion of ATA-2023. Moreover incharge mechanical/chairman committee is the
main ATA coordinator. I/C admin may please be advised to issue formal committee letter
accordingly.
