 Unang talata sumasagot sa tanong na SINO, ANO, SAAN, KAILAN, BAKIT, PAANO?
 Maikli lang dapat. Hindi lalagpas sa 35 na salita. Kung maaari isang pangungusap lang na nagbibigay ng buod ng
balita.
