Please refer the below some booking policies:

1. Check In/ Check Out time is 12:00 Noon.

2. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation must be made up to 72 Hours from the date/time of arrival, failing
which retention charges, equivalent to one night’s room rent will be charged.
3. “No-Show” or Non-Cancellation of a guarantee reservation within the stipulated period will attract one
Night’s Retention Charger
4. All arrival prior to 09:00 A.M. will be booked, held & charged from the previous evening itself.
5. All reservations on Direct Payment Basis will require Credit Card Guarantee 72 Hours prior to Guest
Arrival. In the absence of Credit Card Details, confirmed reservation may be released after the
stipulated time limit.

6. In the absence of firm arrival details all confirmed reservations will be deemed as guaranteed up to
15:00 Hrs. only on the day of arrival, and may be released thereafter.
7. Any Check Out after 12:00 Noon would levy additional charges.
8. All bills must be settled in full as on or before check-out, unless otherwise specified at the time of
booking.
9. To guarantee a reservation beyond 15:00 Hrs., a one-night’s room charge (along with the taxes)
should be paid in advance, either in cash, or by facsimile or e-mail, authorizing debit to a credit card
number, along with validity & CVV No. (Last three digits on the reverse of the card).
10. Additional Service Charge & VAT on food will be applicable as per the government notification may
be without any prior notice.
