preserve their bank and personal details. It is not very likely that every teenager owns a bank
account. However, if they do, this method would apply even more, since money is involved.
However, not only money can affect them if they have their personal data stolen, but also if their
private photos get leaked, which can lead to ruining their reputation among family and friends.

While some teenagers might get support from their teachers or parents when it comes to online
safety, it does not mean that it happens with every person. The more effective way to keep your
privacy and data safe is to update your passwords every couple of months and have different and
stronger passwords for more important websites.
