Sub: - Quotation for Conveyance deed of society

Respected Sir/ Madam,

Various queries regarding Conveyance deed of society asked by Committee members to us and after satisfaction of
all queries, Committee Members of the society have asked for quotation regarding doing conveyance deed.
A) Quotation for Conveyance Deed [Conveyance with co-operation of Builder]

Amount Particulars

Rs. 2,000 = 00 Per Flat/Unit Advocate Fee, Architect Fee, Basic Legal & Office Expenses in
the office of Sub-Registrar.

Rs. 2,000 = 00 Per Flat/Unit One Thousand only per Flat/Unit

The said payment shall be paid in the following manner:

40% Amount of the total Amt. - As an advance.


60% Amount of the total Amt. -
On final Registration of Deemed Conveyance at Subregistrar
office.
Note: -

Please note that, Stamp duty charges, any other charges and Government charges are to be separately paid by the
society. You may release payment either in name of Adv. Hemant Rambhau Palve.

List of Require Documents for Conveyance: -

• Stamp duty proofs-Index-II.


• Layout plan (Blue Prints of all plans)
• Completion Certificate, Commencement Certificate & Fresh Architect Certificate
• N.A. Order & ULC Order
• 7/12 Extract & Property Card
• Development Agreement & Power of Attorney OR Sale Deed
• Society Registration Certificate, Society Resolution for Conveyance, Notice to Builder
• Search Title Report & Sample Agreement Between Builder & Flat Purchaser

• Current Correspondence addresses of Builder and Landowner with KYC Docs.


Terms and Conditions: -
The above-mentioned charges are considered according to per flat/unit and it is bound to pay as per given stages once the
quotation is approved.

Time Limit for Conveyance with Builder is 2 Months (Minimum)

All necessary documents & information shall be provided by the said Society within require time limit.
This quotation includes professional fee and initial basic expenses only and society shall be liable to pay entire professional
fee & expenses as agreed.
The society shall bear the stamp duty and registration fee on Balance FSI, Unregistered and Registered flats separately, if
any. These expenses are not included in this quotation.

The charges received is towards professional fee and initial expenses and not refundable in any case.

And the said procedure is subject to frequent amendments in the existing concern laws/Grs. & Availability of require
documents.
