EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We sell “Pastil”, one of the most popular delicacies in the Philippines. It dampens the
customer’s worst dining experience and increases their enjoyment of the “Pastil” delicacy.
The goal of Pastil is to encourage our devoted customers to appreciate the flavor of our
favorite sweet treat, “Pastil”. In order to satisfy the needs of our most valued clients and to help
businesses in the market receive a fair evaluation, we offer the best value of the products we have

In addition, the pandemic is slowing the marketing process, so we had to come up with a
plan to satisfy our customers’ needs. We probably wished for our goods to be deserving of our
devoted clients’ purchases in order to have such positive comments.
The production of the delectable treat “Pastil” requires raw ingredients, without which it is
impossible to build a business. We therefore reached a deal with the providers of the necessary
raw materials from the New Corella Public Market, which provided such reasonably priced
ingredients for our delicacy. To maintain the health and safety of our employees and customers,
we also adhered to the established health protocols, such as wearing PPE when producing the
product.
The Catchphrase/Tagline “Go to meal, anytime, anywhere” was developed by Pastil to
appeal to the majority of pupils at New Corella National High School. Out of all the items in
NCNHS, Pastil offers a dish that is both good and reasonable priced.

MARKETING PLAN
Market Research
The majority of the customer’s choices cannot be adequately communicated by our path as
a young entrepreneur. We work hard to provide such significant services in order to value our
customers, and students are our most frequent clients. We are making every effort to satiate client
demands.
The majority of Pastil customers weren’t just students. In a nutshell, we asked residents in
barangays what their favorite product was that they hadn’t tried yet. They stated that they had
never tried yet. They stated that they had never tried pastil before and were eager to try it.
Promotion Strategies
The first stage in selling our food product is to get our most loyal customers to test it. Free
samples are a tried-and-true strategy for advertising food products. Pastil came up with this
concept because, before moving forward with the sale of our product, we wanted to first hear from
our most valued consumers about their opinions and suggestions so that we could improve our
culinary product and satisfy their cravings.
In addition, we want to promote our food product by sharing pictures of it on social media,
as this can whet people’s appetites and encourage them to make purchases. Through Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms, we can spread awareness of our food
product and encourage people to purchase it due to its low price and accessibility. In order for our
devoted clients to be able to manufacture our culinary product at home, we also want to
demonstrate the steps involved in creating it and display the final dishes.
Service Strategy
Pastil isn’t scared to improve the presentation of our product. Due to the fact that we are up
against the largest enemy of all business owners, client feedback, how we deliver our service is
more important than ever. This is due to the fact that different customers have different food
preferences. Hence, in order to consider starting a firm, we developed an analysis on how to
handle such significant duties.
Competition
The company anticipates facing competition from well-known Pastil companies like Pastil
De Sonresas and Pastil Suppliers. They both sell Pastil products, which is how this company’s
competitors are similar to it.
Nonetheless, the company sets itself apart from the competition by selling a Pastil with a
distinctive flavor for a fair price. Also, since the business is located in a neighborhood, its major
rivals are presumably the locals who sell siomai, hotdog rolls, potato rings, and other readily
available, expensive items.
Competitive Analysis
:
Patil may compete with other Pastil vendors, thus we made the decision to uphold the
standard of our Pastil, which is priced at 15 pesos per pack in comparison to other vendors. Even
while our Pastil is less expensive that that of other well-known Pastil vendors, it also tastes better,
is packaged better, and is of higher quality overall.
Because banana leaves cam be used as fertilizer after use, we used those to package
Pastil instead of cellophane, creating an environmentally friendly product. We provide our
customers high-quality food and courteous service in addition to a variety of flavors in our Pastil
that we are confident will satisfy their demands.
Pricing Strategy
Nowadays, a lot of people are wise about what they eat, choosing economical foods that fit
their budgets most of the time. Pastil is the cuisine that will come to their minds immediately
because, In addition to having a good taste, it also comes with a viand and rice, giving it edge.
In order for many people to conveniently purchase our products and satiate their appetites,
Pastil will be supplied at the lowest price possible. We shall take precautions to ensure that our
items are never overpriced because we are a no ware that doing so will only result in bankruptcy.

ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN
Organizational Chart
Pastil organizational chart is shown in the diagram below. Two (2) people will be in charge
of the operations: owner and cook. The owner/manager is in charge of the entire business and
overseas all operations. The cook will be in charge of the possible ingredients to be prepared and
cooked.

:
EXIT STRATEGY
Pastil lunch to add some food flavors to improve the quality of our product and to get their
taste and cravings, as we know that some people eating behavior. In this strategy, we also came
up with the idea of buying plastic utensils such as a spoon and fork to be more prepared to eat and
to make our services better since the business income increases and allows us to make upgrades.
Investors frequently favor them because we will merge with a reliable business owner to get
rid of rivals and raise the value of the company. As business partners, we will also develop our
relationship and speak frequently. Or to take part in acquihire, in which a corporation buys out your
company purely for the purpose of hiring your brilliant or experienced workers. Although this
means your “legacy” may not endure in name, it will nonetheless benefit your workers.
The other option is to know an Initial Public Offering (IPO), which helps to improve the
public image of the company as well as its branding.
And we could also choose to liquidate our company, this would put an end to it so that all
your assets would go to the creditors you owe money to. And another option is to close up the
business and sell the assets as quickly as possible.

CRITICAL RISK
The critical risk is the inherent risk of spoiled batches. If a batch of our product becomes
spoiled through mold or contaminated ingredients in the infancy of the company, our production
volume will suffer significantly, as will out revenue. This may have financial implications resulting in
the need for extended lines of credit or loans. We believe this risk can be mitigated by having an
advisor or consultant with through experience in monitoring and controlling commercial
fermentations.
Economic Risk
Economic risk could produce loss or recurrence due to shifting economic conditions (e.g.,
when the business cycle is in a period of recovery or growth, most people and businesses are
realizing gains in their financial). The economy could, however, weaken. Many lose their
employment during this time and are unable to purchase products and services. As a result, many
companies are unable to pay their debts.
Compliance Risk
Establishing a healthy relationship with customers reduces the likelihood that they would
complain, making failure and other dangerous aspects of starting a business the biggest and most
important risk for entrepreneurs.
As we had intended when starting our business, the main reason we were able to keep our
clients happy was by keeping occupational health and safety (OHS) as the focus of our service as
a fledgling business.
Financial Risk
The risk is connected to your own company’s or organization’s debt. Together with the
:
product quality, a difficulty is a lack of financial assistance. Putting together the best tactics might
help you avoid some of the financial issues that businesses face. In terms of avoiding, learning,
the best tactics also enables you to support the unforeseen events in your organization, such as a
client debt or loan, which will impact the businesses flow. The difficult part will come when your
position is one where your product sales are declining this time.
Start your selling strategy based on your clients or customers till your firm blossoms or
succeeds in order to avoid or prevent such things. And your firm won’t be hampered by financial
issues.
Operational Risk
One of the business hazards that affects the flow your business or results in ineffective flow
is stopping activities due to any diversions or unforeseen challenges. Environmental catastrophes
that have a significant influence on your organization, particularly the way it runs, can be one of
the distractions.
Moreover, problems made by the personnel include poor costumer service and failing to
use customer care services. These risks also have a detrimental influence in terms of the
inefficient business flow. Through an effective plan and training, this incident might be avoided in
the future and harm a company’s reputation.
Competition Risk
We are all aware that competition in business is constant. One of the risks in this situation is
that the owner or leader is too confident in the company’s success to anticipate any obstacles. The
success of other business owners depends on the satisfaction of their loyal customers or the
quality of their products.
A robust competitive market encourages innovation like cost savings and quality
enhancements. But when the owner appears so confident in the company’s future success that he
or she stops exploring for promising prospects and enhancements, the inefficiency of the business
flow is contained. We must continue to use the same principles, tactics and services, as well as
connect with our devoted customers.
