ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR TUTORIAL: HOW TO MAKE A VINTAGE

MONOGRAM LOGO
Hello everyone! Today we have a new tutorial where I will show you how to draw a vintage logo in Illustrator. To work,
we need basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, a little imagination, a magic script Magic Monogram Light and a couple of
minutes of time. Yes, this is how quickly it is done, because the script is really magical.

Magic Monogram Light can make monograms and frames in one click. It is enough to make a small preparation and run
the script. This video shows the capabilities of the script.

Draw a small element for our future logo. It should be horizontal.

Then select all the component parts of the element ( Ctrl + A ), group them ( Ctrl + G ) and run the Magic Monogram
Light script . In the script window, set the settings for creating a monogram.
Press the Create button and the monogram is ready.

The inner hexagon can be modified using the corner widgets (available in Adobe Illustrator CC). Set the fillet to suit
every taste. Then make a copy of the hexagon, enlarge it a little, and add a dotted line through the Stroke panel .
All that remains is to rotate the monogram 90 degrees and add text. You can learn more about working with text in this
lesson: Basics of working with text.

an autotrace in Illustrator before, here is a useful lesson: How to autotrace a bitmap in Adobe Illustrator.

That, in fact, is all. Fast, simple and conve
