presidency of Mr. Nazrul Hussain an Executive president of Nepal Development

Decisions:

1. Discussion on the Running Project

2. Discussion on the Opening Project of Rahama Center, meeting decided that

date of opening of Rahama Center fix soon. Mr. Abdul Jabbar will consult
with board member for date of opening & inform before Saturday. And for
Markazul Hedaya

3. Discussion on the transfer of scholarship amount of 1 poor and 11 Hifz

students of Merkez Hidaya Banganga -11, Kapilvastu and meeting decided
to transfer the amount of Students in Account of Tahir Mohammad after
doing an agreement with him for this first time. Meeting also decided to
notify Tahir Mahmood to registered Hidaya in concern office and open an
account of Hidaya, from next time the organization will not transfer
scholarship amount in his account.

4. Discussion regarding to the construction of Masjid, meeting decided to

prepare a project proposal to submit to the concern office and for another
Masjid meeting decided to send Mr. Abdul Sattar in the field visit, If his
report will be this place is suitable to construct the Masjid then office will
take decision, if his report will be the site is unsuitable to construct the
Masjid the office has applications from the Rautahat and will take decision
after detail analyzing of applied site.
