In partial fulfillment of our requirements for our subject Research 1, we 4 th year College students of
Grace Mission College namely: Regine R. Selda, Millet M. Castillo, John Paul D. Mapalad and Jeremie M.
Remedio would like to ask for permission to conduct a research study entitled “Effects of Using Figures in
Learning Mathematical Equation among Grade 8 students in Mina De Oro Catholic School S.Y. 202-
2024”.

In connection with this, we would like to ask your good office to allow us to conduct our research study
in your vicinity. Our target respondents are the Grade 8 students consists of 50 students. With your permission,
may we conduct our research by gathering information about their perceptions and experiences in using figures
in their mathematics subject. We will give survey questionnaires that will ask them about the said topic. Consent
form will be given and orientation will be conducted before the distribution of the survey questionnaire. Rest
assured that the data we will gather will remain absolutely confidential and to be used in academic purpose
only.

We believe that you are with us in our enthusiasm to finish the requirement as compliance for our
