    FINAL DEMAND LETTER

    To: Linda Parungao


    Brgy. Palo Maria Bongabon, Nueva Ecija

    Subject: Payment of Debt

    Dear Sir,

    Greetings!

    Due to your inaction regarding the numerous Demands made by my client Niño D. Robles, she
    approached me regarding the UNPAID PAYMENTS by way of simple loan on March 28 2023.

    You currently have an outstanding total balance of Php 20,000 as per the agreement between you two.

    All arrears must be settled on or before October 30, 2023. If the arrears are not settled on or before the
    date indicated above, we will have no other choice but to settle this case in court, and all other options
    such as criminal and civil cases may be filed.

    This demand letter for payment serves as official final notice to you and may be tendered in court as
    evidence of your failure to pay.

    We hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
