About The Kit Plug

The Kit Plug is a Online based company in the business of selling downloadable products in the form of
digital audio recordings, music production software and other related materials, for use by, but not limited
to, musicians, music producers, composers, film editors and web designers.

License Agreement
These terms and conditions of use apply to all products purchased and or downloaded from any of our
distributors.

1.) The Kit Plug grants you, the end user a non-exclusive royalty free license to use The Kit Plug products
for your original music compositions, CDs, DVDs, Video, Mix-tapes, Games, Movies, Presentations,
Websites, etc. provided that you add additional music and or vocals.

2.) The sounds, loops, and samples offered by The Kit Plug and its affiliates are licensed, not sold to you
for use in your software and or hardware.

3.) You may not resale, re-license, loan, copy, assign, rent, upload, download or distribute in any way the
sounds licensed to you by The Kit Plug and its affiliates to another user. In addition, these sounds cannot
be offered in a competitive product.

4.) This non-exclusive license on The Kit Plug products is not transferable and cannot be sold, or lent to
others.

5.) The Kit Plug retains the ownership of the products, and grants you a nonexclusive license to use them.

6.) The license granted is granted solely to the original user/purchaser of the product. This license is not
transferable or sale-able.

7.) You may not sell or lend individually or isolated or complete parts of the product either alone nor
included or bundled in software or hardware without the expressed written permission of The Kit Plug.

8.) The Kit Plug and its affiliates will not take responsibility if the sounds purchased do not meet the
specific needs and or purpose of the purchaser. These sounds are licensed without warranties, therefore
cannot be responsible for any indirect or direct loss arising from the use of these sounds.

10.) Any and all unauthorized use or duplication of any The Kit Plug product is a violation of the Terms
and Conditions of use and applicable laws of the United States, and other countries. Copyright
infringement will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

The sounds, samples, loops and MIDI files in this sample pack are licensed to you, not sold to you. All
rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. Only the original purchaser of this sample pack has a
legal right to use these sounds, samples and loops within their own “original” music compositions. If your
music gets used in any major commercial placement and/or in advertisements, soundtracks, and television
or film productions you will legally be required to split your composition 50/50 with the original writers.

The content can be used for both commercial and non-commercial use. However, it may not be used in the
creation of any competitive product, such as a Sample Pack, Sample CD, Sample DVD, Virtual
Instrument, Expansion Pack, or any other collection of sound or loop elements in any format. These
sounds, samples and loops may not be used “isolated”.

They must be used within the context of a musical piece mixed with additional parts. You may not re- sell
this collection or pass it on to a third party as this license is non-transferable.

All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling, renting, uploading, file sharing or unauthorized trading of this
content (or any part of this content) is prohibited by international copyright law. We will not hesitate to
take legal action against any persons, company or individual who fail to adhere to the terms of this
agreement.

If you have any questions about this license or you wish to report an individual who has flouted the terms
of this agreement, then please contact us.

Usage and Copyright

Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than
outlined in the ‘License Agreement’, is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing
websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their
original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of The Kit Plug’
business, outlined in ‘About The Kit Plug.’ Everything else on the website is licensed to The Kit Plug,
including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos and protected by
copyright and intellectual property laws.

Security and Regisration

You do not have to be registered with The Kit Plug to view the website, but to purchase products you must
provide certain information, including a user name, password and valid email address. Once these are
provided they will be kept on file by The Kit Plug. This information will be used by The Kit Plug as
outlined in the ‘Privacy Policy.’

To provide you with the services you have selected, it is essential for The Kit Plug to store your personal
information. This information will be used by The Kit Plug and its service providers to allow for faster
purchasing and the allocation of discount coupons, and will not be passed on to any third parties. No

Payment and Downloading Products

Payment is taken on behalf of The Kit Plug by Paypal, Stripe & Apple Pay. All prices are inclusive of US
taxes, and are subject to change from time to time. After payment you will be taken to a page of your
account, where you can download your product(s).

Disclaimer and Waiver

The Kit Plug will be held harmless against any losses, judgements, claims, legal fees or court costs that
may arise out of a breach of these terms and conditions. By entering this agreement you agree not to sue or
recover any damages from The Kit Plug and any affiliated companies or people as a result of its decision
to terminate or suspend this agreement.

Whilst The Kit Plug will take reasonable and sufficient steps to ensure that the website is free from any
viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft or any unauthorized malicious activity,
The Kit Plug make no guarantees on this subject and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from this.

Delivery/Refund Policy
After making payment on this website you will be automatically taken to a download page, where you can
download your product. If you are not redirected to a download page, then please also check your email as
a download link is sent there too. If you experience any problems, please get in contact with us and we will
work to solve the problem.

Products purchased from The Kit Plug are non-refundable. Once you have opted in to buy the product you
are in effect purchasing a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner,
which therefore cannot be refunded. Plus on top of that, our products are only digital products, which can
not be returned after being bought.
