Brainstorming Process
The topic given to us was ‘Mental Health’ and for this purpose, we interviewed different
set of people and tried to extract information about their daily routine, what all activities
do they engage themselves into and tried to gage into the type of personality they are.
On interviewing them, it was discovered that these set of people are suffering from
some or the other kind of issues which come under the umbrella of mental health. After
interviewing them rigorously and asking questions relating to their personal, social, and
professional life, we made a customer description and a customer profile, separately for
each individual. After this first step, all of us dived deeper into the understanding of the
customer base of every member of this group, and then found commonalities among
the people who we all interviewed. After doing continuous brainstorming, we
categorized our customer base into two groups, one in the age bracket of 20 to 25, and
the other group belongs to the age bracket of 25 to 30. Their needs, pain points and
customer jobs were identified, and then a comprehensive Customer Description and
Customer Profile was made, keeping in mind, what all traits our customers had in
common.
