sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement.

Adidas has made significant strides in reducing its environmental footprint by using sustainable materials

in their products, aiming for carbon neutrality, and supporting eco-friendly initiatives like the Parley for

the Oceans partnership, which involves creating products from recycled ocean plastics

Question 2: If you were the owner of a company, how would you create a CSR that benefits your

community?

If I am the owner of a company, I will focus on community needs. As the owner of a company,

supporting organizations dedicated to cleaning ocean pollution, including dust removal, would be a

powerful CSR strategy.
