Intended Audience (5 points): Newly Hired Managers, New Employees and other Individual
Contributors who are interested in moving up in leadership.

Timeframe (5 points): The timeframe for the Leadership Coaching learning platform will be self-
paced learning course that will be designed for 6-week period. There will be different modules
for them to take in the leadership coaching platform.

Brief Description of the Purpose of the Project (10 points):

The purpose of the project will be to create and provide a Coaching platform that will help new
managers and employees to be successful, grow reach goals and achieve the goals they want in
their career. Also include how to create their personal brand that will help to them to find their
uniqueness and build a reputation on things that he/she would like to be known for. Also, to
provide ways on the importance of communication, time management and how to be organized.

Bulleted Overarching Goals (10 points):

• Provide a detailed understanding of coaching to help develop and improve performance.


• Define and develop leadership roles and goals to build a united leadership team.
• Creating self-discipline by identifying areas of improvement, setting goals, measuring
progress, and keeping one motivated.
• Prepare participants to improve interpersonal skills to be a successful leader.
• Equip participants with the tools of knowledge and opportunities that require them to
unlock their true potential and become more efficient.
• Create an engaging and interactive learning environment through discussion boards,
assignments and other assessments that will ensure that the participant will have a true
understanding of leadership coaching.

• Building a self-belief system to help the individual identify and overcome negative
thought patterns.
• Establish a support network and resources for participants to collaborate in working
together to provide support to one another new in leadership positions.
• Develop SMART goals that identify specific areas that is needed and areas to for
participants to improve.
