PROPERTY RELEASE
For good and valuable consideration, receipt and adequacy
of which are hereby acknowledged, Property Owner grants
the Creator of the Files and Depositphotos Inc., a Delaware Visual Reference of property:
corporation (collectively, the “Releasee”) together with their
assigns and any parties acting upon their permission,
irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right and authority to a)
create and produce audio, still/moving images, videos or
other expressions of any formats embodying representation
of Property wholly or partly in any existing or future media
(collectively, the “Files”); b) use, alter, modify, publish,
distribute, and license Files in any possible manner for any
purpose, apart or combined with other images, audio,
video, texts or media; c) transfer and assign Releasee’s
rights and authorities granted herein to any third parties
without Property Owner’s previous consent; and d) perform
any other actions with regard to Files upon Releasee’s sole
discretion.

Property Owner hereby acknowledges and agrees that: a)

Property Owner has no rights to Files and all the rights to
Files (including, without limitation, intellectual property
rights) shall remain the sole property of Releasee free and
clear of any claims of Property Owner or any of the Property Property Owner/Authorized Representative:
Owner’s representatives for any reason; b) Property Owner
