RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF ABEGAIL S.

BONGAS AS BARANGAY TREASURER OF BARANGAY PIAPI III,
HAMTIC, ANTIQUE

WHEREAS, the term of office of the previous set of barangay officials

has come to an end and co-terminus positions like the Barangay Treasurer
needs to be filled up;

WHEREAS, in order not to disrupt barangay operations, it is but

necessary to fill up the mandatory appointive positions in the barangay,
among which, is the barangay treasurer;

WHEREAS, presented for consideration of this body is the appointment

of ABEGAIL S. BONGAS to the position of Barangay Treasurer;

WHERAS, after thorough discussion and deliberation over said

appointment, this body finds the appointee to be a person of good moral
character, trustworthy and shows willingness to accept the responsibility,
and more importantly, has met all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications for the said position as stipulated in Section 395 (b) & (c) of
the Local Government Code of 1991;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion presented by Hon. RAMILLE N.

SUMACULUB and seconded by Hon. JESSIELYN P. SALMORIN, it was
 RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to concur the appointment of
ABEGAIL S. BONGAS as Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Piapi III, Hamtic,
Antique.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish with copies of this Resolution the Office

of the Municipal Mayor, the Municipal Accountant, the Office of the DILG, all
of Hamtic, Antique, the Depository Bank of the Barangay, the Commission
on Audit and other concerned offices, for their corresponding information
and guidance.

BARANGAY, AND ABEGAIL S. BONGAS, BARANGAY TREASURER,
BOTH OF BARANGAY PIAPI III, HAMTIC, ANTIQUE, AS AUTHORIZED
SIGNATORIES OF THE BARANGAY FOR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, SAN JOSE, ANTIQUE
BRANCH WITH THE ACCOUNT NAME OF BARANGAY PIAPI III,
HAMTIC, ANTIQUE AND ACCOUNT NUMBER 0772-1045-96

WHEREAS, this barangay conducts financial transactions with the Land

Bank of the Philippines, being its depository bank;

WHEREAS, the Land Bank of the Philippines requires this body to

authorize the Punong Barangay and the Barangay Treasurer as official
signatories for barangay financial transactions with the said bank;

WHERAS, after thorough discussion and deliberation this body finds it

appropriate to designate Hon. ROSEMARIE S. ABELLA, Punong Barangay and
ABEGAIL S. BONGAS, the new Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Piapi III,
Hamtic, Antique as authorized signatories for barangay financial transactions
with the Land Bank of the Philippines;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion presented by Hon. RAMILLE N.

SUMACULUB and seconded by Hon. JESSIELYN P. SALMORIN, it was
 RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved designate Hon. ROSEMARIE S.
ABELLA, Punong Barangay and ABEGAIL S. BONGAS, Barangay Treasurer,
both of Barangay Piapi III, Hamtic, Antique as authorized signatories of all
barangay financial transactions with the Land Bank of the Philippines; with
account name of Barangay Piapi III, Hamtic, Antique, and account number
0772-1045-96

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish with copies of this resolution the Bank

Manager of the Land Bank of the Philippines, San Jose, Antique Branch, the
Liga ng Barangay and the Municipal Treasurer, both of the Municipality of
Hamtic, Antique and all concerned offices for their information and guidance.

Ako si ABEGAIL S. BONGAS ng Barangay Piapi III, na

hinirang/itinalaga sa katungkulan bilang Barangay Treasurer ay taimtim
na nanunumpa na tutuparin ko ng buong husay at katapatan sa abot ng
aking kakayahan, ang mga tungkulin ng aking kasalukuyang katungkulan at
ng iba pang pagkaraan nito’y gagampanan ko sa ilalim ng Republika ng
Pilipinas; na aking itataguyod at ipagtatanggol ang Konstitusyon ng Pilipinas,
at tunay na mananalig at tatalima ako rito, at susundin ang mga batas, mga
kautusang legal, at mga dekretong pinaiiral ng mga sadyang itinakdang may
kapangyarihan ng Republika ng Pilipinas, at kusa kong babalikatin ang mga
pananagutang ito nang walang ano mang pasubali o hangaring umiwas.
