11. Violation: subject to disciplinary action
Physically harming another person; sexually harassment;
Defaming any member of UU community; Possessing, using, or storing firearms, explosives or
weapons on UU premises; Use or possessing of substances/drugs; Harassing instructors, security
officers, fellow students and any another person; academic dishonesty
12. Registration: not to attend classes without completing registration formalities and renewal of ID
13. Course Add/Drop: Add/drop requires approval of the respective department.
14. Withdrawals: Apply 30 days before final examination.
15. Readmission : To be eligible, should have completed at least one semester
16. Tuition fee refunded or re-used if claimed within 15 days after registration.
17. Payment Penalties; Failing to settle payments on time incurs during registration.
18. Grading System: uses fixed grading scale; ‘NG’ (No Grade) shall be given who has less than 80%
attendance. ‘I’ (Incomplete) has failed to fulfill the requirements of a course.
19. Make–up Examination: If failed to appear in final examination beyond control may take make –
up examination and requires approval of the department ;
20. Graduation Requirements: minimum cumulative; Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00.
21. Teaching /Learning Methods Lecture; Case Study; Problem Based ; Project work; Group
Activities / Oral Presentation, Term Paper ;Mini Research - Thesis (Senior Essay) Work , etc
22. Assessment Methods… Continuous evaluation; Final (comprehensive) exam 50 (fifty) percent
23. Grievance…Could be made in writing and See hierarchy (Department Head to the president)
24. Exam Discipline: Must show your student I.D.; no mobile and memory devices is allowed
