NP Philippines is always grateful for its continued relationship with Pacific Cross as we’ve been
your valued client for many years already and we can attest to the great service you provided in
return. As of this date, we have been waiting for our billing for our organization’s insurance
coverage for the 2nd instalment of 2022, for the period covering July to December.

We do have one employee who aims to have his laboratory procedures as soon as possible in
Davao City due to his current medical condition. He is still from Marawi City and still needs to
travel.
In support of this, NP Philippines is pleased to issue this Letter of Guarantee that it will pay
the amount of our billing within a week after issuance of the final quotation.
