LETTER OF EXPLANATION

Greetings of Peace!

Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) is registered in the Philippines as a non-stock foreign

corporation and representative office of Nonviolent Peaceforce based in Belgium through
the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Manila with SEC License Number
FN200704993.

For foreign corporations, General Information Sheet (GIS) should be submitted within
thirty (30) calendar days from the anniversary date of the issuance of the SEC License.
NP’s GIS is due for submission every month of August of the following year. One
requirement is the audited financial statements which is produced around April 2024 as
NP operates on a fiscal year. Hence, GIS for 2023 will only be readily available by next
year.

In view thereof, may we kindly request your good office to accept submitted GIS for 2022
for the renewal of Pre-Arranged Employment Visa under Section 9(G) of the Philippine
Immigration Act of 1940, as amended, which was granted under BI Board of
Commissioners Resolution date 19 June 2020 in favour of Mr. XXXX (born 8th of March
1974 with Passport Number HDJDIDN, Indonesian) who has been employed as
*Position*.

All the attached documentary requirements for the application of the renewal of his 9G
Visa, as mentioned, were all legally obtained from the corresponding agencies of the
government.
