Some professors believe that they have to be severe with their students in

order for them to receive excellent results, not knowing when they had
pushed the line too far. In general, teachers should have a good relationship
with their students, making their class a good environment and overall a safe
place for children. Nowadays, this idea is no longer in use.
First of all, a teacher should be equally strict. Giving homework responsibly
and punish students with the right amount of strictness and, at the same time,
recognize when their work pays off. Many teachers don't believe there is
enough work for kids, considering they should give all of their time in school-
assignments, treating them as robots instead of human beings. Although, there
is no such thing as a class without homework. No matter how fun the teacher
can be, that's not necessarily good for the academical journey of the student.
Secondly, being strict can cause stress and anxiety from the child, feeling no
longer secure in that classroom. The students might feel afraid and while it
increases their grades, it doesn't mean it's the right way of doing it. Kids should
learn in a positive space where they can ask questions and communicate with
eachother without fear of any kinds.
As far as I'm concered pedagouges should be fairly strict with their children
while being aware of their needs and create relationships based on respect
and communication, so that both sides can benefit from one another.
