lokalne saobraćajnice Mladeškovići – Gornja Bijela čije proširenje je planirano kao dio projekta
prilaznog puta za sjeverni portal tunela Prenj.

Kod polaganja nove kablovske kanalizacije paziti na poziciju šahta novoprojektovane vodovodne linije,
te istu izvesti uz odgovarajuću sigurnosnu udaljenost od šahta.
Na zelenoj površini, predviđena je tk instalacija koja će biti smještena na dubini 0,8m od postojećeg tla
u tipski kablovski rov.
Ispod lokalne ceste , predviđena je tk instalacija koja ce biti smještena na dubini 1,1m od postojećeg
tla. Cijevi su dodatno obložene betonom.
Na prelazima kablova preko kutijastih profila izgrađenih preko potoka, predviđena je tk instalacija koja
će se polagati u PEHD cijevi visokog pritiska pričvršćenim čeličnim obujmicama na odgovarajuće
konzole za betonsku konstrukciju kutijastog profila.
Osim PEHD cijevi, TK kanalizaciju čine kablovski šahtovi koji će služiti za nastavljanje i odgranjavanje TK
kablova.
Predviđena je veza između novoprojektovanih okana (kao dijelova novoprojektovanih prelaza ispod
saobraćajnice) sa svakim pojedinačnim izvodom i to sveukupno 16 izvoda sa desne strane
saobraćajnice (oznaka: 2.38, 2.32, 2.31, 2.30, 2.28,1.26, 1.20, 1.19, 1.18, 1.13, 1.11, 1.7, 1.5, 1.3, 1.2 i
1.1) i 3 izvoda sa lijeve strane saobraćajnice (oznaka: 2.29, 1.12 i 1.18). Ovi radovi (iskop rova i
polaganje cijevi) su neophodni kako bi se izvršilo povezivanje sa predviđenim izmještanjem primarnih
kablova bakarne mreže koji se prebacuju u rov na lijevoj strani saobraćajnice.

GLAVNI PROJEKAT ZA PRIPREMNE RADOVE

Predviđena je veza između primarne (novoprojektovane) i sekundarne (postojeće) strane kablovske
kanalizacije BH Telecoma sa pripadajućim oknima koja služi za uvlačenje optičkih kablova FTTH mreže
čime je ostvarena funkcionalanu i prohodnu KK, kako primara tako i sekundara. Uklapanje sa novom
trasom se izvodi na mjestima planiranih i postojećih kablovskih šahtova.
Planirana je nova pozicija centrale ATC Gornja Bijela koja bi trebala nalaziti oko pozicije profila oznake
P89 stacionže km:1+760.000 te je istu potrebno uzeti u obzir prilikom eksproprijacije zemljišta. Naime,
postojeća pozicija centraleje takva da centrala pada u putni pojas proširene lokalne saobraćajnice, te
je bilo potrebno da se definiše nova pozicija.
Za centralu je predviđen iskop rova i polaganje cijevi od iste do novoprojektovanog okna oznake KO27.
Ispod lokalne ceste , predviđena je tk kanalizacija konfiguracije 2xPEHD ꬾ 125mm + 4xPEHD ꬾ 50mm
koja ce biti smještena na dubini 1,1m od postojećeg tla. Cijevi su dodatno obložene betonom.
Od profila P5 stacionaža km:0+080.000 do kablovskog okna KO-20 smještenog između profila P52 i P53
na stacionaži km:1+020.000 – 1+040.000, u zelenom pojasu, gdje je bočni razmak između početka

Novi optički kablovi se polažu u PEHD cijev ꬾ50mm u samostalnom rovu ili u zajedničkom rovu sa
novim primarnim kablovima.
Primarni kablovi se polažu u PEHD cijev ꬾ125mm i ꬾ75mm uz koju se polaže još jedna rezervna cijev
istog presjeka.
Optički kabl se polaže u PEHD cijev ꬾ 50mm metodom upuhivanja uz koju se polaže još jedna rezervna
cijev ꬾ50mm.
Nakon polaganja fabričkih dužina optičkih kablova pristupa se izradi nastavaka. Nastavljanje optičkih
kablova sastoji se iz nastavljanja optičkih vlakana, sekundarne zaštite i omotača. Po spajanju svih
vlakana i smještanju u modul pristupa se zatvaranju spojnica odnosno završnih optičkih kutija i
njihovom postavljanju na nosače u kablovsko okno.
Predmetne optičke kablove treba položiti u cijevi PEHD 50 čiji su krajevi u oknima neprekinuti, osim
na mjestima izrade nastavaka.
Šahtovi su na trasi mrežnih kablova raspoređeni tako da omogučavaju uvlačenje mrežnih kablova
sajlom. U kablovskim šahtovima se izvode svi planirani nastavci na optičkim kablovima.
Prema zahtjevu BH Telecoma optički kablovi se polažu u posebne PEHD cijevi ꬾ50mm, a mrežni kablovi
primarne mreže u PEHD cijevi ꬾ75(125)mm. U slučaju da na mjestu kolizije nema optičkog kabla
predviđaju se rezervne cijevi za buduće potrebe. Zahtjevani razmak između šahtova na mrežnim
kablovima je do 120m a na trasi optičkih kablova max. 450m.
Sve radove izvesti prema situacionom nacrtu, šemi uz korištenje svih propisa za podzemne TK
instalacije.
Ako se ova udaljenost ne može održati, na tim mjestima elektroenergetske kablove treba postaviti u
čelične cijevi, a telekomunikacione kablove u PVC ili PEHD cijevi, odnosno treba primjenjivati zaštitne
mjere sa kojima se saglase zainteresovane strane.

dobivena saglasnost od nadležnih javnih i komunalnih preduzeća. Na situaciji u prilogu projekta jasno
je vidljiva kablovska trasa. Na cijeloj se trasi kablovski kanal kopa prema detaljima kablovskih kanala
koji su dati u prilogu projekta.

Ukoliko ne mogu biti zadovoljeni uslovi u tačkama a) i b) potrebne su dodatne zaštitne mjere, koje se
utvrđuju za svaki konkretni slučaj.
Polaganju TK kablova ili njihovoj zaštiti prethode pripremni radovi koji se odnose na radove koji se
izvode radi organizacije gradilišta i primjene određenih tehnologija izvođenja radova.
Zemljani radovi obuhvataju iskop rova na postojećoj ili novoj trasi, polaganje cijevi, iskop jama za
ugradnju kablovskih šahtova, radove na uređenju dna rova, izradi pješčane podloge, polaganja
betonskih zaštitnih kanalica i ispune kanalizacijskog rova.
Iskop rova izvodi se u zemljanom materijalu, vertikalnim zasijecanjem bočnih strana, a iskopani
materijal se odbacuje na cca 1 m od iskopanog rova. Rov za telekomunikacione kablove treba izvesti
standardno u dimenzijama 0,80 x 0,6m i 0,80 x 0,4m , a na mjestu kolizije sa cestom 1,1x0,6 i 1,1x0,4
ako to nije drugačije zahtjevano.
Položaj, širina te dubina rova definirani su projektom za svako ukrštanje posebno. Širina rova zavisi od
broja cijevi u jednom redu, razmaka između cijevi, širine potrebne za manipulaciju s cijevima i dubina
rova.

Iskop rova vrši se strojem gde je to god moguće, ali kod nailaska na druge instalacije ili kod otkopavanja
postojećih kablova iskop se vrši ručno da ne bi došlo do oštećivanja instalacija.
Dno iskopanog rova treba biti poravnato na dubinu određenu u projektu, te mora biti čisto od otpada
i ostalog materijala.
Iskop građevne jame za šaht obavlja se u zemljanom materijalu prema dimenzijama određenim
projektom ili određenim na terenu, u ovisnosti o stvarnim prilikama, odobrenim od nadzornog organa.
Izrada ispune kablovskog rova podrazumjeva ugradnju sloja pijeska ili betona debljine 10 cm ispod
cijevi, oblogu položenih cijevi pijeskom ili slojem betona, izradu pješčanog ili betonskog sloja debljine
10 cm iznad tjemena najgornje cijevi.
Za izradu posteljice i obloge kablova može se upotrijebiti prirodni ili drobljeni pijesak frakcije 0,09 - 2,0
mm bez glinovitih sastojaka (max 5%) i organskih nečistoća (max 5%).
Za kanalizacijske cijevi će se koristiti cijevi iz polietilena visoke gustoća (PEHD), prema granskim
normama Telekoma, odnosno prema DIN-u 8074.
Za spajanje polietilenskih cijevi koriste se posebni spojni elementi ili čvrsti (vareni) spojevi.
PEHD cijevi spajati dan, dva posle zatrpavanja kablovskog rova (skupljanje cijevi u hladnoj zemlji).
U prethodno pripremljen rov polažu se cijevi, te nakon neprekinutog vođenja kroz donji dio montažnog
šahta zatrpavaju. Gornji dio montažnog šahta postavlja se nakon polaganja cijevi kroz šaht.
Prvi postavljeni red cijevi zasipava se slojem pijeska ili betona (ovisno o potrebi), koji je potrebno
pažljivo nabijati ručnim nabijačem.
Nakon polaganja cijevi i njihovog zatrpavanja, 30 cm iznad cijevi potrebno je položiti žutu plastičnu
metaliziranu traku za upozorenje POZOR TT KANALIZACIJA.
Cijevi se u kablovske šahtove uvode pomoću uvodnica koje se nalaze u uvodnim pločama montiranim
u bočne stijenke šahta.
Ako je trasa kanalizacije zakrivljena potrebno je vršiti savijanje cijevi. Na mjestu zakrivljenosti potrebno
je upotrijebiti što duže komade cijevi, a broj nastavaka treba biti što manji. Iza svakog spojnog mjesta
postaviti drveni kolčič kako spojnica ne bi bila opterećena.
Isto tako potrebno je početak, vrh (oboda) i kraj savijenog luka poduprijeti drvenim kolčičima kako ne
bi došlo do deformacija luka cijevi.

Elementi i uvodne ploče moraju biti izrađene od dobro nabijene (vibrirane) betonske mase bez
pukotina, mjehura, šupljina i drugih mana koje bi utjecale na čvrstoću gotovog montiranog šahta.
Radi dobrog i lakog sklapanja elemenata osobitu pažnju treba obratiti preciznoj izradi naliježućih
dodirnih površina, te otvora za poklopac i uvodne ploče, kao i izradi uvodnih ploča.
Tipski montažni šahtovi se ugrađuju sastavljanjem tvorničkih elemenata na terenu uz pomoć viljuškara
ili autodizalice manje nosivosti.
Rupu oko ugrađenog šahta treba po završenoj montaži popuniti otkopom ili drugim rastresitim
materijalom.

Na mjestima svih kolizija predviđa se zaštita i/ili izmještanje TK kablova na izmještenoj trasi.
Ispitivanje kabla
Prije otpreme na mjesto polaganja kablovi se provjeravaju prema Uputstvu o provjeri kvalitete
kablovskih tt linija na:
- nepropustljivost plašta,
- otpor izolacije,
- neprekinutost vodića.
Postupak provjere definisan je istim Uputstvom.
Polaganje kabla
Polaganje kablova vrši se na temelju situacionog prikaza gdje su sadržani potrebni podaci o dužinama
i kapacitetima kablova, mjestima izrade nastavaka, ugradnje zaštite i sl.
Na kraćim razmacima i na trasi koja ima dosta prepreka, kabl se uvlači ručno u položene I spojene PEHD
cijevi.
Ako se u rov postavljaju dva ili više kablova ili cijevi, oni na cijeloj duljini trebaju ostati paralelni, s
međusobnim razmakom od 5 cm.
Kablovske dužine polažu se s obostranim preklopom krajeva 1-1,5 met.
Nastavljanje kabla
- nastavljanje vodiča,
- nastavljanje plašta,
- postavljanje zaštitnih spojnica.

Različitost materijala od kojih su izrađeni plaštevi kablova i izolacija vodiča, uslovljava i različite
tehnološke postupke izrade nastavaka.
Izradi nastavaka prethode pripremni radovi kojima se osigurava mjesto rada pomoću zaštitne ograde i
saobraćajnih znakova, te osigurava da mjesto rada bude čisto i suho.
Nastavljanje i račvanje kablova sa plaštom i izolacijom vodiča od polietilena, izvodi se pomoću spojnica
od polietilena (toploskupljajuće).
Nastavljanje vodiča kablova izoliranih termoplastičnim masama se vrši uvrtanjem vodiča sa izoliranjem
mjesta nastavka pomoću cjevčica, ili izravno pomoću konektora.
Nastavljanje vodiča pomoću konektora vrši se tako da se vodiči uvedu u konektor, u kojem se, pritiskom
izvana specijalnim alatom, ostvaruje trajan i pouzdan spoj .
U pripremljenu kablovsku kanalizaciju uvlače se nove dužine optičkog kabla. Optički kablovi su
nemetalni uvlačni kablovi, konstrukcije SM 03 nxII/IIIx0,4/0,25x3,5/18 CMAN svojstava prema
preporuci “ITU“, G.652-D.
Nastavljanje optičkih niti vrši se postupkom zavarivanja, koji se izvodi u za to specijalno uređenome
vozilu.
Zbog toga je na svakome mjestu gdje će se vršiti spajanje kabla potrebno već prilikom polaganja ostaviti
dovoljnu dužinu (cca 20 metara sa svake strane) kako bi se kabl prilikom izrade spoja mogao uvući u
vozilo, u kome se taj posao obavlja.
Fiksni spojevi nastaju tehnološkom obradom dva vlakna u kojoj se, nakon preciznog namještanja oba
vlakna u sve tri prostorne dimenzije, električnim lukom izvodi taljenje vlakana zajedno.
Tipični gubici koji tako nastaju su reda veličine 0,1 dB kod spajanja vlakana istih karakteristika.

Kao zaštitnu spojnicu moguće je koristiti mehanički ili termoskupljajući tip spojnice.
Preporučuje se da to bude termoskupljajuća spojnica, horizontalne izvedbe.
U šahtovima kablovske kanalizacije, spojnice se učvršćuju na zid iznad rezervne dužine kabla.
Oblik šahta definiran je građevinskim projektom kablovske kanalizacije.
Rezervne dužine optičkih vlakana u spojnici trebaju biti takve, da omoguće najmanje 10 obnavljanja
spoja.
Na mjestima (gdje kabl ulazi u PEHD-cijev Ø 50/42), u svrhu sprečavanja ulaženja vode i prljavštine u
cijevi, treba izvesti brtvljenje toploskupljajućom cijevi odnosno atumom odgovarajućih dimenzija u
dužini cca 20 cm, a koju treba navući na PEHD-cijev prije no što se kroz nju provuče kabl.
Nakon provlačenja kabla, atum-cijev se navuče na kraj cijevi, tako da njegov uži dio obuhvati kabl te se
potom zagrije, što će izazvati njegovo skupljanje čime će se postići brtvljenje.
Dopuštena temperatura okoline pri polaganju kabla leži u rasponu od 0ºC do + 40ºC, a tokom
skladištenja i eksploatacije taj raspon iznosi od -20ºC do + 40ºC.
Osobitu pažnju prilikom uvlačenja treba posvetiti veličini vučnog opterećenja kabla, kako ne bi bio
prekoračen najveći dozvoljeni iznos, koji za odabrani tip kabla iznosi 2.700 N.
Prije početka uvlačenja moraju se izvršiti sve pripreme koje će osigurati normalne radne uslove (kao i
prilikom uvlačenja klasičnih kablova), i to:
U oba slučaja treba posebno pratiti - prilikom izvođenja radova - sve upute i smjernice proizvođača
opreme koja će se koristiti, imajući na umu osnovni zahtjev proizvođača kabla, da maksimalna
dozvoljena vučna sila kojom se smije opteretiti kabl iznosi 2700 N.
Za provjeru tvorničke dužine i gušenja isporučenih i položenih optičkih kablova predviđa se korištenje
back-scattering metode, kojom radi OTDR (optical time domain reflectometer).

Mjerenje prigušenja optičkog kabla vrši se sa OTDR-om na valnim dužinama 1310 nm i 1550 nm i to:
a) prije polaganja
b) poslije polaganja
c) nakon spajanja, svaki spoj i to iz smjera „a“ prema „b“ i obrnuto, kao vrijednost
prigušenja spoja uzima se aritmetička sredina vrijednosti prigušenja iz smjera „a“
i iz smjera „b“.
Završna mjerenja - nakon izvršenog polaganja i spajanja na položenoj dionici iz smjera „a“ prema „b“ i
obrnuto treba izvršiti instrumentima za mjerenje prigušenja snage.
Važno je naglasiti da se ovdje radi o “živim” kablovima, pa prilikom rekonstrukcije treba voditi računa
da ne dođe nepažnjom do oštećenja postojećih kablova.
U slučajevima kada se radi o zamjeni postojećih kablova novim, prvo izvesti uvlačenja novih kablova, a
zatim izvršiti prespajanja, kako bi vrijeme prekida prometa bilo što manje. Vrijeme prespajanja
odabrati u doba dana kada je TK promet najmanji.
Redoslijed prespajanja kablova sa stare na novu mrežu odredit će izvođač s nadzornim organom.
Kao mjera zaštite postojećih TK instalacija prilikom izvođenja radova potreban je stalni nadzor
predstavnika vlasnika postojeće infrastrukture.

Prije polaganja potrebno je svaki kabl ispitati na prekid i izolaciju žila. Bubnjeve koji su neispravni
potrebno je izdvojiti i reklamirati kod prijevoznika ili proizvođača.
Nakon polaganja potrebno je svaku položenu dužinu ponovo ispitati da se ustanove eventualna
oštećenja prilikom polaganja. Ako se oštećenja ustanove, treba takvu dužinu zamjeniti novom.
Kod spajanja pojedinih dionica potrebno je vršiti stalnu kontrolu redoslijeda spajanja parica, odnosno
kontrolno mjerenje izolacije pojedinih dionica.
Po završenom spajanju potrebno je izvršiti kompletna završna mjerenja te dobivene mjerne rezultate
prezentirati s izvedbenom tehničkom dokumentacijom investitoru i Komisiji za kontrolu kvalitete
izvršenih radova.
U skladu sa Zakonu o gradnji, programom kontrole potrebno je osigurati potrebnu kvalitetu, a što će
se postići na taj način da se za opremu predviđenu projektom tokom gradnje, te puštanja u rad,
kontrolom dokaže funkcionalna ispravnost prema vežećim zakonima, propisima i standardima i to u
pogledu pouzdanosti, mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti, sigurnosti u slučaju požara, da ne ugrožava
zdravlje ljudi, ne stvara preveliku buku i vibracije, štedi energiju i da se što bezbolnije uklopi u prirodni
okoliš.
S obzirom da TK kapaciteti koji su predmet ovog projekta ne mogu biti izvor požara, ne ugrožavaju
zdravlje ljudi, ne stvaraju nikakvu buku i vibracije i ne troše energiju, kontrolom kvalitete potrebno je
utvrditi samo pouzdanost i kvalitetu izgrađenih TK kapaciteta.
Ovu provjeru kvalitete treba provesti za sve novopoložeme TK kable i ona obuhvaća:

- pregled investicijsko tehničke-dokumentacije sa svim izmjenama i dopunama na osnovu koje su
izvedeni radovi;

- pregled izvršenih montažnih radova, kao što su uvlačenja kablova, njihovo
nastavljanje i završavanje na kablovskim izvodima;
- provjeru numeracije parica na izvodima na kojima se mijenja priključni kabl;
- pregled položenih kablova i nastavaka u šahtovima.
Nakon provedene kontrole kvalitete potrebno je sačiniti izvješće, koje čini sastavni dio dokumentacije
o tehničkom pregledu objekta.
Atestiranje
Prilikom isporuke materijala i opreme proizvođači istih su dužni dostaviti Potvrde o kvaliteti, kojima se
dokazuje da je ista izrađena u skladu sa važećim standardima.
Nakon izgradnje TK kanalizacije, a prije puštanja u pogon, potrebno je izvršiti kontrolu kvalitete.

Zakon o zaštiti na radu određuje da se u posebnom dijelu glavnog projekta prikaže skup svih tehničkih
rješenja za primjenu pravila zaštite na radu prilikom:
- izgradnje objekta,
- eksploatacije objekta.
- opskrbljenost sredstava rada zaštitnim napravama (pod sredstvima rada smatraju se objekti
namijenjeni za rad ili kretanje osoba na radu i pomoćne prostorije s pripadajućom instalacijom),
- osiguranje od udara električne energije,
- osiguranje potrebne radne površine i radnog prostora,
- osiguranje potrebnih puteva za prolaz, transport i evakuaciju radnika,
- osiguranje čistoće, potrebne temperature i vlažnosti zraka,
- osiguranje potrebnog osvjetljenja radne okoline,
- ograničenje buke i vibracija u radnoj okolini,
- osiguranje od nastanka požara i eksplozije,
- osiguranje od štetnih atmosferskih i klimatskih utjecaja,
- osiguranje od djelovanja opasnih tvari i zračenja,
- osiguranje prostorija i uređaja za osobnu higijenu,
- ograničenje brzine kretanja zraka.
Posebna pravila zaštite sadrže i postupak s povrijeđenim ili oboljelim osobama na radu do njihove
predaje na liječenje organizaciji zdravstva.

Upotreba sredstava za rad i osobnih zaštitnih sredstava
Sredstva za rad i osobna zaštitna sredstva moraju biti u potpunosti ispravna i izrađena u skladu s
pravilima zaštite na radu da bi bila dozvoljena njihova upotreba.
Posebno je važno provjeriti ispravnost rada sredstava za rad s povečanim opasnostima, kao što su:
oruđa koja pokreće elektromotor, motor s unutarnjim sagorjevanjem ili neka druga energija, te oruđa
s posudom pod tlakom, koja prema pravilima zaštite na radu moraju imati ventil sigurnosti, te oruđa
čijim korištenjem nastaju opasne tvari.
prije njihovog stavljanja u upotrebu, najmanje jedanput svake dvije godine, poslije rekonstrukcije
prije ponovnog početka korištenja, ako posebnim propisima nisu određeni drugi rokovi ispitivanja.
Kao lična zaštitna sredstva koriste se: rukavice od izolacijskog materijala, alati s izoliranim drškama,
kacige od izolacijskog materijala, obuče od izolacijskog materijala, odijela od izolacijskog materijala,
pribor za uzemljenje i spajanje, indikatori napona, izolacijske podloge i dr.
Otvor šahta je potrebno ograditi zaštitnom tipskom ogradom, a alat držati udaljen najmanje 20 cm od
ruba otvora.
Pošto se radovi izvode na otvorenom prostoru nije potrebno primjenjivati posebne mjere za
evakuaciju radnika.
Vanjska temperatura zraka pri izvođenju radova ne smije biti niža od temperatura propisane zakonom.
Osiguranje osvjetljenja
Rad na kablovskoj kanalizaciji odvija se većinom danju, no u slučaju potrebe rada noću neophodno je
osigurati električnu rasvjetu iz priručnog prenosnog agregata.
Na prometnim mjestima postaviti noćnu rasvjetu radi zaštite ljudstva na radnom prostoru.

Sprečavanje buke i vibracije
Buka i vibracija javlja se kod kopanja rovova radi upotrebe pneumatskih čekića i agregata.
Izvođenje pojedinih radnih operacija treba biti u skladu s važećim uputstvima i preporukama
proizvođača opreme ili posebnih uputstava Telekoma.
Materijal, uređaji i oprema trebaju biti prije ugradnje pravilno uskladišteni i zaštićeni.
Po njihovoj eksploataciji također ne postoji opasnost od njih samih. U slučaju potrebne naknadne
intervencije važe naprijed iznijeta pravila.
Prema Zakonu o zaštiti od požara, potrebno je u projektu predvidjeti mjere zaštite od požara, koje će
se primijeniti prilikom izvođenja radova.
Zaštitu od požara čini skup svih mjera i radnji normativne, upravne, organizacijske, tehničke, obrazovne
i propagandne naravi.
Budući da izgrađena kablovska mreža nije potencijalni izvor požara, to se na njoj ni ne projektiraju
posebne mjere zaštite, već se one predviđaju samo u fazi izgradnje iste.
Mogućnost požara javlja se pri transportu, uskladištenju i manipulaciji sa zapaljivim materijalom koji
se koristi kod izrade nastavka i kod još nekih kabl-monterskih radova (benzin ili plin), te stoga te faze
rada trebaju biti organizirane po posebnim pravilima.
Da ne bi došlo do požara u toku rada, benzinske lampe ne smiju biti napunjene preko 3/4 njihova
volumena, a ostatak benzina mora se uskladištiti na propisanoj udaljenosti od mogućih mjesta iskrenja
ili vatre i to u propisanoj posudi koja je dobro zatvorena.
Posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti radovima u kablskoj kanalizaciji radi mogućnosti prisustva plina u
kablovskim šahtovima.
Zbog toga poklopac treba podizati s odgovarajućim alatom i pri tome treba paziti da se ne izazove iskra
koja bi mogla izazvati eksploziju. U slučaju da je poklopac zaleđen treba ga odlediti toplom vodom, a
niti u kojem slučaju plinskom ili benzinskom lampom s otvorenim plamenom.

Također nije dozvoljeno ulaziti u kablovske šahtove s otvorenim plamenom ukoliko nije prethodno
izvršena provjera prisutnosti i koncentracija plina u njima. Stoga je potrebno koristiti ispitivače plina -
detektore.
U prostorijama gdje su instalirani kablovi ne smiju se koristiti građevinski materijali koji su lako zapaljivi
i koji brzo sagorijevaju.
Pri izvedbi ove dokumentacije, a u cilju zaštite od požara, primjenjena su odgovarajuća rješenja:
uvjetima izvedbe radova propisane su potrebne mjere koje izvođač radova treba poduzeti u pogledu
sigurnosti radova i susjednih objekata.
Za gašenje eventualnog požara treba imati u primjeni na radilištu osnovna sredstva za gašenje:

Također treba biti omogućen pristup vatrogasnoj tehnici do objekta, u slučaju eventualne potrebne
evakuacije.

the expansion of which is planned as part of the access road project for the northern portal of the Prenj
tunnel, a new cable channel is planned.
In places of collision of tk cables with the planned route of the local road, the existing infrastructure
will be moved outside the construction zone. The new route of cable sewerage is planned on the left
side of the road, viewed in the direction of the growing station. On the green area, a tk installation is
planned, which will be placed at a depth of 0.8m from the existing ground in a typical cable trench.
Under the local road, a tk installation is planned, which will be located at a depth of 1.1m from the
existing ground. The pipes are additionally coated with concrete. At the crossings of cables over box
profiles built over the stream, a tk installation is planned, which will be laid in high-pressure PEHD pipes
attached with steel clamps to the corresponding consoles for the concrete construction of the box
profile.
In addition to PEHD pipes, TK sewerage consists of cable shafts that will serve for continuation and
branching of TK cables.
A connection between the newly designed shafts (as parts of the newly designed crossings under the
road) is foreseen with each individual outlet, a total of 16 outlets on the right side of the road (label:
2.38, 2.32, 2.31, 2.30, 2.28, 1.26, 1.20, 1.19, 1.18, 1.13, 1.11, 1.7, 1.5, 1.3, 1.2 and 1.1) and 3 exits from
the left side of the road (label: 2.29, 1.12 and 1.18). These works (excavation of the trench and laying
of pipes) are necessary in order to make the connection with the planned displacement of the primary
cables of the copper network, which are transferred to the trench on the left side of the road.
A connection between the primary (newly designed) and secondary (existing) sides of BH Telecom's
cable ducting with associated shafts is provided for the insertion of optical cables of the FTTH network,
which has achieved a functional and passable KK, both primary and secondary. Fitting with the new
route is carried out in the places of planned and existing cable shafts.

A new position of the ATC Gornja Bijela headquarters is planned, which should be located around the
profile position of the P89 station marker km:1+760,000, and the same must be taken into account
during land expropriation. Namely, the existing position of the switchboard is such that the
switchboard falls within the road zone of the extended local road, so it was necessary to define a new
position.
Excavation of a trench and the laying of pipes from the same to the newly designed shaft marked KO27
are planned for the switchboard.
The new cable sewerage is laid from the P1 station profile km:0+000,000 to the P221 station profile
km:4+400,000 and that:
1. From profile P1 station km:0+000.000 to profile P5 station km:0+080.000 in the green belt next to
the sidewalk and partly under the road. On the green surface, tk sewerage of the configuration 2xPEHD
ꬾ 125mm + 4xPEHD ꬾ 50mm is planned, which will be located at a depth of 0.8m from the existing soil
in a typical cable trench. Beneath the local road, tk sewerage of the configuration 2xPEHD ꬾ 125mm +
4xPEHD ꬾ 50mm is planned, which will be located at a depth of 1.1m from the existing ground. The
pipes are additionally coated with concrete.
2. From profile P5 station km:0+080.000 to cable shaft KO-20 located between profiles P52 and P53 at
station km:1+020.000 – 1+040.000, in the green belt, where the lateral distance between the
beginning of the cable trench and the edge of the newly designed water lines at least 0.5 m away.
Cable sewage is partly laid under the road. At the points where the cable crosses under the paved
access road, cut the asphalt and dig a trench, and lay the cables in PEHD pipes. On the green surface,

New optical cables are laid in a PEHD pipe ꬾ50mm in a separate trench or in a common trench with
new primary cables.
The primary cables are laid in a PEHD pipes ꬾ75mm and ꬾ125mm, next to which another spare pipe of
the same section is laid. The optical cable is laid in a PEHD pipe ꬾ 50 mm using the blowing method,
with another spare pipe ꬾ 50 mm laid next to it.
The route of the optical cables is determined by the route of the cable ducting. After laying the factory
lengths of optical cables, the extensions are made. The continuation of optical cables consists of the
continuation of optical fibers, secondary protection and sheath. After connecting all the fibers and
placing them in the module, it is possible to close the connectors, i.e. the final optical boxes and place
them on the supports in the cable shaft. The optical cables in question should be laid in PEHD Æ 50
pipes, the ends of which are unbroken in the shafts, except in the places where extensions are made.
The shafts are arranged on the route of the network cables in such a way that they allow the network
cables to be pulled in with a cable. In the cable shafts, all the planned extensions to the optical cables
are carried out.
According to BH Telecom's request, optical cables are laid in special PEHD pipes ꬾ50mm, and network
cables of the primary network in PEHD pipes ꬾ75(125)mm. In the event that there is no optical cable
at the collision site, spare pipes are provided for future needs. The required distance between shafts
on network cables is up to 120m, and on the route of optical cables max. 450 m.
All works should be carried out according to the situation plan, scheme using all regulations for
underground TK installations.
It is forbidden to lay telecommunications and power cables next to each other in the ground.
The horizontal distance of the telecommunications and the nearest electrical distribution cable with a
voltage of up to 10 KV must be at least 50 cm on the approach section.

If this distance cannot be maintained, power cables should be placed in steel pipes and
telecommunication cables in PVC or PEHD pipes, i.e. protective measures agreed upon by the

Underground tk cables should be at least 10 m away from power line poles for nominal voltages up to
10 kV; 15 m up to 220 kV, and 25 m for nominal voltages of 380 kV.
Before starting the work on moving the cables, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the owner of
the TK infrastructure, and during the execution of the aforementioned works, the presence of a
responsible person authorized by the owner of the BH Telecom cables is mandatory.
After completion of the mentioned works, part of the existing route is left.

Prior to laying of TK cables or their protection, preparatory works are performed, including the works
aimed at organization of the construction site and application of certain technologies for performance
of labor.
Ground works include digging the ditch at the existing or new route, laying the pipe, digging the hole
for installation of cable shafts, works on arrangement of the bottom of the ditch, construction of sand
basis, laying the concrete protective channels and filling for canalization ditch.
Excavation of the trench is carried out in earthen material, by vertical cutting of the sides, and the
excavated material is discarded approximately 1 m from the excavated trench. The trench for
telecommunication cables should be made in standard dimensions of 0.80 x 0.6m and 0.80 x 0.4m, and
at the point of collision with the road 1.1x0.6 and 1.1x0.4, if not otherwise required.
Position, width, as well as depth of the ditch are defined by the project design for each crossing
separately. Width of the ditch depends on the number of pipes in one row, distance between the pipes,
width needed for manipulation with pipes and depth of the ditch
Width of the ditch needed for manipulation total 10 cm from both sides of the pipe.
Ditch digging is done with the machine wherever possible, but in contact with other installations or
while digging out the existing cables, the digging works are done manually, to prevent damages on
installations.
Bottom of the dug out ditch should be levelled to the depth determined by the project design, and
must be cleaned from garbage and other material.
Digging the construction pit for shaft is done in ground material, according to the dimensions
determined by the project design or determined at the field, depending on the actual circumstances,
approved by the supervisory body.
Construction of cable ditch filling includes installation of 10 cm sand or concrete layer under the pipe,
coating for the laid pipes made of sand or concrete layer, construction of 10 cm sand or concrete layer
above the top pipe.

To construct the bed and coating for cables, natural or crushed sand, fraction 0,09 - 2,0 mm without
clay components (max 5%) and organic impurities (max 5%) may be used.
For canalization pipes, the polyethylene pipes of high density (PEHD) will be used, according to the
branch standards of Telekom, in fact according to the standard DIN 8074.
In previously prepared ditch, the pipes are laid, and after continuous installation through the bottom
part of the prefab shaft, are covered. Upper part of prefab shaft is installed after the laying of the pipes
though the shaft.
First installed row of pipes is covered with the sand or concrete layer (as needed), which needs to be
carefully compressed with manual hammer.
After laying and covering the pipe, a yellow plastic metalized warning strip should be installed 30 cm
above the pipe saying ATTENTION TT CANALIZATION.
Pipes are installed into the cable shafts with the guides, located in the entry plates, installed in the side
walls of the shaft.
Water resistance between the pipes and connection is achieved by placement of rubber seal.
If the canalization route is curved, it is necessary to bend pipes. At the curve spot, it is necessary to use
as long pieces of pipe as possible, and number of joints should be as little as possible. Behind every
connection spot, a wooden pin should be installed to ensure that the connection is not overloaded.
It is also necessary to support the beginning, top (edge) and end of the bent arch with the wooden
pins, to prevent deformations on the pipe arch.
To install the pipes into the cable shafts, the standard guides made of hard PVC material, are used.

Assembled and installed prefab shafts with concrete filling have to bear the load, without deformation,
of 150 kN with the point of application in the middle of the lid.
Elements and entry plates must be made of well compressed (vibrated) concrete mass, without any
cracks, bubbles, wholes or other deficiencies that could affect the firmness of the final installed
shaft.
For good and simple assembly of the elements, particular attention should be paid to the precise
construction of the leaning contact surfaces, as well as openings for lid and entry plates, as well as
construction of entry plates.
Standard prefab shafts are installed by assembling the industrial elements at the field with the forklift
or car jack of smaller capacity.
Sequence of actions during installation is as follows:
In the places of all collisions, protection and/or displacement of tk cables on the displaced route is
foreseen.
All new subscribers cables are TK59-50 xDSL – underground telecommunication pair cables for digital
communications in access network with isolation made of foam polyethylene and layered mantle
(aluminum tape and polyethylene mantle).

Prior to supply to the place of construction, cables are checked according to the Guidelines on quality
control for cable TT lines in terms of:
- cover non-permeability,
- insulation resistance,

Cable jointing
Cable jointing include the following phases:
- jointing the conductors,
- jointing the cover,
- installation of the protective connectors.
Difference of the material from which the cable covers and conductors insulation are made requires
different technological procedures for joints construction.
Prior to the joints construction, the works are performed ensuring the following
1. Workplace is protected with the protective fence and traffic signs, and
2. Workplace is clean and dry.
Jointing and separation of cables with cover and insulation of the conductors made of polyethylene is
done by polyethylene connectors (thermo-shrinking).
Selection of the connectors is done according to the outside cables diameter.
In every joint, there should be provided electrical continuity of metal cable parts.
For the joints construction procedure, see the appropriate instructions of the producer.
Jointing of cable conductors, insulated by thermo-plastic material, is done by screwing the conductor
and insulation of the ending spot with pipe, or directly by the connector.
Jointing of the conductors with connectors is done in a way that conductors are inserted into the
connector, where, with outside pressure by special tool, permanent and reliable connection is made.

3.5.2. OPTICAL CABLES
New lengths of optical cable are pulled into the prepared cable duct. Optical cables are non-metallic
retractable cables, constructions SM 03 48xII / IIIx0,4 / 0,25x3,5 / 18 CMAN properties according to
the recommendation "ITU", G.652-D.
The cable is delivered wound on a drum and it is necessary that both ends are free for testing and
protected by heat-shrinkable caps. The cable is pulled in manually.
Therefore, at each place where the cable will be connected, it is necessary to leave a sufficient length
(approx. 20 meters on each side) when laying the cable so that the cable can be pulled into the vehicle,
where the work is performed.
Fixed joints are created by technological processing of two fibers in which, after precise adjustment of
both fibers in all three spatial dimensions, the melting of the fibers together is performed by an electric
arc.
Typical losses that occur are of the order of 0.1 dB when joining fibers with the same characteristics.
The backup lengths of the optical fibers in the coupling should be such as to allow at least 10 renewals
of the joint.

Particular attention should be paid to the size of the traction load of the cable during retraction, so
that the maximum allowed amount is not exceeded, which for the selected type of cable is 2,700 N.
The minimum allowable bending radius of the cable is 20 times the cable diameter.
In cable shafts, after laying, the cable must be marked with tiles.
Before starting to pull in, all preparations must be made that will ensure normal working conditions
(as well as when pulling in classic cables), as follows:
- fencing of the workplace and installation of traffic signs
- removing the manhole cover
- control of the presence and content of harmful gases
- providing (if necessary) ventilation and lighting
- manhole cleaning and water removal
- checking the permeability of the pipe.
The cable entry into the small cross-section pipe can be carried out in the classic way, with the help of
a pull-in device, or in a way that uses new technologies, ie with the help of an blowing device.
In both cases, all instructions and guidelines of the equipment manufacturer to be used should be
observed separately - during the execution of works, bearing in mind the basic requirement of the
cable manufacturer that the maximum permissible traction force with which the cable may be loaded
is 2700 N.
To check the factory length and attenuation of the delivered and laid optical cables, the use of the
back-scattering method, which is performed by OTDR (optical time domain reflectometer), is
envisaged.
Optical cable attenuation is measured with OTDR at wavelengths of 1310 nm and 1550 nm, as follows:
a) before laying
b) after passing
c) after the connection, each connection from the direction "a" to "b" and vice versa, as a value
attenuation of the joint, the arithmetic mean of the attenuation values from the direction "a" is
taken
and from direction "b".
Final measurements - after laying and joining on the laid section from direction "a" to "b" and vice
versa should be performed with instruments for measuring power damping.

Regarding the construction of the telephone network and quality of the installed material, the
contractor is obliged to comply with the valid technical regulations and Construction guidelines for
local cable networks, Construction guidelines for telephone canalization and Guidelines on designing
and construction of distribution telecommunication canalization, as well as instructions of the
supervisory body. In addition, the contractor is obliged to comply with all the regulations of the
protection at the workplace.
It is important to note that these are „live“cables, so during reconstruction, construction of new and
redoing of the old endings, one should take care to avoid damages on existing cables caused by
negligence.
During replacement of the existing cables with new ones, insertion of new cables should be done first,
followed by reconnections, to make the breaks in telephone traffic as short as possible. Reconnection
time should be selected during the part of the day when TC traffic is the lowest.
Sequence of cables reconnection from the old to the new network will be determined by the contractor
in cooperation with the supervisory body.
During the performance of works, as a protective measure for the existing TC installations, constant
supervision by the representatives of existing infrastructure owners is necessary.
The necessary measuring and cables testing may be divided in three groups:
1. Measuring and testing of cables prior to the installation and laying,
2. Measuring and testing of cables after the installation during connection,
3. Final measuring.
Prior to the cables laying, it is necessary to test each cable in terms of its break and wires insulation.
Improper drums should be separated and returned to the transporter or the producer.
After the laying, it is necessary to re-check each laid length to determine eventual damages prior to
laying. If the damages are found, such a length should be replaced with the new one.
During connection of certain routes, it is necessary to constantly control the sequence of the pair
connections, in fact to do the control measuring of the insulation at certain routes.
After the final connection, it is necessary to do the complete final measuring and to present the
obtained results with performance documentation to the investor and the commission for quality
control of the performed works.

Attestation
When delivering materials and equipment, manufacturers of the same are obliged to submit Quality
Certificates, which prove that it is made in accordance with the applicable standards.
Telecommunications sewage needs to be built in accordance with the Instruction on the construction
of telephone sewage and the Instruction for planning, designing and building DTK sewage.
After the construction of TK sewage, and before commissioning, it is necessary to carry out quality
control.
Quality control of TK sewerage includes a set of tests carried out on a newly built sewerage system,
with the aim of determining where the works were carried out according to the approved investment
and technical documentation, quality according to the appropriate technical regulations, and are the
built TK sewage works properly within the entire highway facility.

- whether there are certificates for installed equipment attestations (certificates),
- whether there is evidence of control tests carried out,
- whether the works carried out correspond to the technical regulations, standards and conditions

Law on Protection at Workplace stipulates that the special part of the main project design present a
group of all technical solutions for application of the rules pertaining to the protection at workplace
during:
- construction of buildings,
- exploitation of building.
Basic protection rules are primarily applied, while the special rules are applied as needed.
Basic rules for protection at workplace include:
1. Availability of assets for work with the protective means (those assets include the
facilities/buildings for work or movement of persons at workplace and additional premises
including the accompanying installation),
2. Insurance from the electricity stroke,
3. Provision of the necessary work area and premises.
4. Provision of necessary roads for pass, transport and evacuation of workers,
5. Ensuring the purity, necessary temperature and humidity of air,
6. Provision of necessary lights in the work area,
7. Limit the noise and vibration in the work area,
8. Insurance from outbreak of fire and explosion,
9. Insurance from hazardous atmosphere and climate impacts,
10. Insurance from the impact of dangerous substances and radiation,
11. Provision of premises and devices for personal hygiene,
12. Limit the speed of air circulation.
Means of work and personal protective equipment must be fully correct and made in accordance with
the rules of safety at work in order to allow their use.
It is especially important to check the correctness of means of working with increased hazards, such
as: tools powered by an electric motor, internal combustion engine or some other energy, and tools
with a pressure vessel, which according to the rules of safety at work must have a safety valve, and
tools whose use creates dangerous substances.

Type constructions of cable manholes are adapted to the needs of the working area.
It is necessary to fence the manhole with a protective type fence, and keep the tool at least 20 cm
away from the edge of the opening.
Ensuring the necessary routes for the transport and evacuation of workers
For works on the construction of cable sewage, it is necessary to ensure adequate access to manpower
and machinery in order to ensure all the necessary conditions for smooth and safe operation.
Since the work is carried out in an open area, it is not necessary to apply special measures for the
evacuation of workers.
Open pits for the installation of cable manholes need to be kept clean from unnecessary material and
excess water.
The outside air temperature when carrying out works should not be lower than the temperature
prescribed by law.
Lighting insurance
Work on cable sewage takes place mostly during the day, but in case of need to work at night, it is
necessary to provide electric lighting from a handy portable generator.
Install night lighting in busy places to protect people in the workarea.
Noise and vibration occurs when digging trenches for the use of pneumatic hammers and generators.
Excessive noise can be reduced by the use of sound-damping compressors.
The performance of individual work operations should be in accordance with the applicable
instructions and recommendations of the equipment manufacturer or special instructions of Telecom.
Material, devices and equipment should be properly stored and protected before installation.
Storage and protection is carried out according to the special instructions of Telecom.

Built cable facilities do not pose a danger to staff and other facilities.
By their exploitation, there is also no danger from them themselves. In the case of the necessary
subsequent intervention, the rules presented in advance apply.
Pursuant to the Law on fire protection, the project design needs to include fire protection measures,
to be applied during the construction works.
Fire protection includes set of all measures and actions of regulatory, administrative, organisational,
technical, educational and promotional nature.
Since the constructed cable network is not a potential fire source, no special fire protection measures
are designed for it, but are only assumed in the construction phase.
Fire possibility occurs during transport, storage and manipulation with inflammable material used in
construction of joints and in some other cable installation works (petrol or gas), so therefore, those
phases should be organized according to special rules.
To avoid the fire during the work, petrol lamps should not be filled over ¾ of their volume, and the rest
of petrol should be stored at the regulated distance from possible sparkling spots or fire, in the
appropriate dish, which is properly closed.
Particular attention should be paid to the works on cable canalization, due to possible presence of gas
in cable shaft.
Therefore, the lid should be lifted with appropriate tools and attention should be paid not to cause the
sparkle which might lead to an explosion. If the lid is frozen, it should be melted with hot water, but
never with gas or petrol lamp with open flame.
It is also forbidden to enter the cable shafts with open flames unless previous inspection of presence
and concentration of gasses in shafts is done. Therefore, it is necessary to use the gas testers –
detectors.
In premises where the cables are installed, easily inflammable and combustible construction material
must not be used.
In the execution of this documentation and in order to protect against fire, appropriate solutions have
been applied:
- for the construction of the facility, the project envisages the use of materials that meet the conditions
prescribed by the corresponding standards,
- the conditions of the execution of works prescribe the necessary measures to be taken by the
contractor in terms of the safety of the works and adjacent facilities.
To extinguish a possible fire basic extinguishing agents should be used at the worksite:
-sand
- ground blankets etc.
- manual chemical foam extinguisher "PH"
Workers should be trained to extinguish fires by all the above means.
