Department Description

Fidelity Worldwide Investment is also a well-established and leading provider of DC and DB services for the UK corporate marketplace.
In the UK alone, more than 350 plus pension plans now trust us with over £33 billion worth of assets and in the Institutional DB
business (across Europe/Asia) we hold over £76 billion worth of assets for our clients. The Institutional business is spread out in many
other regions as well such as Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Emerging Markets etc.

Purpose of your role

The role involves ensuring client instructions are dealt accurately and in timely manner. The individual is required to liaise with various
teams across location to ensure priority work is completed on time and any potential issues are escalated in a timely manner to the
Team Leader. Along with managing the daily work, the individual would also be required to pick up additional tasks and responsibilities
efficiently including projects and SSE’s. The individual should demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service
improvement and also showcase Fidelity values.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibility from the role is to ensure work allocated is completed in accurate and timely manner. This individual doing the
role is expected to assist the teams across locations to meet agreed client service levels. On day to day basis the role includes tasks of
updating client records, handling mailbox, identify and raise process and client experience improvement ideas and maintain stats as
per written procedures. Individual doing the role should be competent to handle additional admin and process related responsibilities
efficiently and proactively.

Skills
Candidate must possess good communication skills with a proven record on customer centric approach & working well as a team
player. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, handling mailboxes using Outlook, PowerPoint. Any experience of working in client services
teams and interacting will clients through email/phone calls & prior knowledge of pensions process would be an added advantage.

Experience and Qualifications Required

Minimum qualification required is a Graduate.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills. Excellent written and spoken English language
 Proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement
 Ability to plan and organise when faced with multiple tasks
 Flexible working approach
 Strong Excel, power point and word skills
