KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS :

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PARCEL OF LAND , made and executed

in the City of Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines by :

JOSE MARI BORRES , Filipino, of legal age, married to Purita Borres and
resident of 60 Gen. Luna Street, Iloilo City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to
only as the VENDORS;
- IN FAVOR OF -

CORAVI MARIE GONZAGA BORRES , Filipino, of legal age, single. and a

resident of 60 Gen. Luna Street, Iloilo City, , Philippines, hereinafter referred to
only as VENDEE ;

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDORS are the absolute and lawful owners of a certain parcel of
land , situated in the Barangay of Navais,. District of Mandurriao , City of Iloilo , Island
of Panay, Philippines which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-134054

A parcel of land, designated as Lot No. 1-B-5 , Psd -06-048485, being a portion
of lot 1-B , Psd 06-000208 , situated in the Barangay of Navais,. District of
Mandurriao , City of Iloilo , Island of Panay, Philippines. Bounded on the
NE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by Lot 1-A, PSD-06-00208 ; on the SE., along lines 5-
6-7 by Lot 2 (LRC) Pcs 16316 ; on the SW., along lines 7-8-9-10-11 by Lot 1-C
Psd-06-00208 ; on the NW.,along line 11-12 by Lot 1-B-4 of this subd.
Survey ; on the NE along line 12-1 by Lot 1-A Psd-06-000208 x x x x x x x
x x containing an area of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
FOURTEEN (27,214) SQUARE METERS, more or less ;

That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS

(P2,000,000.00) Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the VENDEE , receipt of said
amount in full of is hereby acknowledged, the said VENDORS, hereby SELL, CEDE,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY, unto the said VENDEE, her heirs, successors and
assigns , one half (1/2) portion of the above-described parcel of land, consisting of
THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVEN (13,607) SQUARE METERS , more or
less ;

That attached herewith is the approved Technical Description of the portion sold,
consisting of 13,607 square meters and made an integral part hereof ;

That the adjoining owners of the above-described parcel of land were duly notified
of the sale and nobody interposed objection nor interested to buy except the VENDEE
herein ;

That the above-described parcel of land is not tenanted nor leased to anybody until
at present and that the same is free from any and all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever ;

That the VENDORS hereby guarantee and undertake to defend the rights of the
VENDEE, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interests, against any and all claim/s
by whomsoever over the above-described parcel of land or portion thereof ;
