Subject: Electrical Fluctuations

Dear Sir or Madam:

For several years, we have been experiencing regular electrical fluctuations. We have always assumed
that this is a normal occurrence and is due to a hit in Meralco’s grid somewhere remote. After confirming
with an agent that a fluctuation every other day is not normal, we kindly request Meralco to investigate
why the fluctuations occur. We have already investigated and made the necessary repairs from our end.

This has been a cause of major inconvenience and cost to both the building administration and the
affected tenant. We would like to request the investigation as soon as your team is available.
