1. THE PLAN PHASE
Task included in planning the whole
presentation includes:

presentation.
➔ Considering the ideas that need to be
delivered to employees/students.
➔ Deciding the sequence of the slides
of the presentation.
2. THE PREPARE
PHASE
Task included in the preparation phase
are:

➔ Giving a catchy title to the


presentation.
➔ Preparing a suitable slides that
enhances the presentation.
➔ Collecting the data and data
resources to be presented.
3. THE PROCESS
PHASE
Task included in the processing phase
are:

➔ Cleaning the raw data gathered.


➔ Changing the raw data into
meaningful information
➔ Converting the long texts into short
which summarizes everything.
4. THE ANALYZE
PHASE
Task included in the analyzing phase
are:

➔ Deriving meaningful insights from the


data collected.
➔ Identifying any trends, patterns and
relationship in the data.
➔ Including the insightful data into the
presentation.
5. THE SHARE PHASE
Task included in the sharing phase are:
➔ Sharing the whole presentation with
the senior or incharge.
➔ Sharing important insights derived
from the data used in the

➔ Receiving feedback on the whole
presentation.

Task included in the act phase are:

employees/students.
➔ Explaining each and every slides and
delivering the objectives.

data.
➔ Expressing the insights generated
during the making of presentation.
CONCLUSION

important to help stakeholders understand
