This certificate is issued to HALVORSEN POWER SYSTEM AS,Hollundsdalen , Norway, to certify that the components described herein
comply with the requirements of the Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Ships in connection with the intended service. The
undersigned surveyor to Lloyd`s Register EMEA, Bergen, Norway, did at their request attend at their works on
14 December 2015, for the purpose of examining and testing:

One (1) – Power Management System

Type SMART CHIEF III PMS

Made under their works order no. 11646, ordered by, ASTILLEROS BALENCIAGA S.A
and intended for their yard No. 407

Design Appraisal has been carried out by Lloyd’s Register EMEA, Copenhagen, their ref.
C/I111994/1501412/VMB, dated 14. January 2016.
The major hardware units are type approved.

The equipment was visually examined , and material and workmanship found satisfactory. Simulated
function test , according to manufacturer’s FAT procedure 11646.D005 were carried out , and all tested
functions were found to operate satisfactorily.

The test report was signed and stamped by witnessing Surveyor.
