    Subject: Permission to organize orientation ceremony for the newly joined students.

    Respected Sir,

    The Supply Chain Management Cell (Center for Skill Development) of Shaheed Bhagat Singh
    college is writing to request permission to organize its orientation accompanied by informative
    games as well as activities.

    Dates: 4th September 2023

    1) Orientation Ceremony
    We wish to conduct a detailed presentation telling the batch of 2026-27 about our society and
    college. We will be using PowerPoint presentations and will also be taking a question round.
    We’ll be requiring permission to host the orientation in one of the seminar rooms which will be
    used by us for an hour.

    2) Informative Activities and Games


    We will be conducting informative games and activities in the shack area which will be fun yet
    educational for the students around. We do not wish to use the entire area, just enough for setting
    3-4 stalls.

    In addition to this I request you to kindly allow C5 for the orientation ceremony as the current
    waiting for the seminar hall is 3 weeks long. It is my sincere request to kindly grant us the
    permission to do the same.
