Definition of term

To clearly understand this study, the following terms are defined based on the
content of the study.
CONSIGNEE
Conceptual- to whom something is or shipped
Operational – the receiver of the product.
CONSIGNOR
Conceptual - to give, transfer, or deliver into the hands or control of another.
Operational – the owner of the product .
CONSIGNMENT
Conceptual - the act or process of consigning, shipped to a dealer who pays only for
what is sold and who may return what is unsold.
Operational - the transaction they’re making.
SELLING
Conceptual - to deliver or give up in violation of duty, trust, or loyalty and especially
for personal gain.
Operational – the act which you are referring your product to a customer.
LIVED EXPERIENCE
Conceptual - refers to knowledge of people gained from direct face-to-face
interaction rather than through a technological medium.
Operational - the lesson they learned on different situations.
