We are writing this letter to you to inform you and to ask for your permission to
allow your son/daughter, ___________________, to join the MJ Flores Concert this
Friday - November 10, 2023, 5 o'clock to 11 o'clock in the evening at Limketkai Atrium,
Cagayan de Oro City. As he/she is a part of the Balulang FMC Praise and Worship
Team, this activity will serve as an exposure for him/her, and will help them to further
enhance and improve their God-given talents.

Registration for the said concert will no longer be required from them for it will be
catered by the church. Please be rest assured that they will be safe and sound since the
Balulang FMC Youth President and Balulang FMC Music Director will be with them,
along with some other Young Adults from Balulang FMC.

sing melodious songs to each of your houses as it is our way to preparation for our Youth
Christmas Party and for our local church initiatives.
