Vote of Thanks for the Annual Sports meet 2023-24

Good afternoon one and all present here..

It is with immense joy and gratitude that I stand before you

today as the Head boy, extending a heartfelt vote of thanks on
the Annual Sports meet 2023-24.
First let me start by giving glory to the Almighty for making this
day a wonderful one.
We are grateful to our management for allowing us to have a
great vision of sportsmanship.
I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the attendees
of the Annual Sports Meet. Your presence and enthusiastic
participation made the event a resounding success. We extend
our sincere appreciation to our chief guest, Ms. Usha Rani , a
cop cum International Kabaddi Champion for gracing the
occasion with her presence and inspiring words.

I would like to express to our esteemed principal Pooja Panthri

Maam and vice principal incharge Mrs. Shahida Maam for their
unwavering support and guidance in organizing this spectacular
event.
A special to all our coordinators, teachers, house
mistresses/misters and staff who worked behind the scenes
ensuring that every detail of today’s events ran smoothly. Your
hardwork and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and we are
grateful for your tireless efforts.
A Big thanks to our physical education director Rajesha Sir and
pe teacher Shashidhara sir who worked tirelessly for ensuring a
smooth, successful sports meet and providing guidance to the
participants. Your efforts and commitment are deeply
appreciated.

To our incredible athletes, you have showcased not only your

physical prowess but also your dedication, discipline, and
sportsmanship. Each one of you is a source of inspiration, and
your performances have left an indelible mark on our memories.

Last I would like to extend my gratitude to the parents and

spectators who have been a constant pillar of support. Your
encouragement and cheers for the sidelines have undoubtedly
motivated our athletes to give their very best.
A heartfelt thank you to Dance master and our volunteers whose
support played a crucial role in making this event a grand
success.

In conclusion, as we wrap up this exciting day, lets carry

forward the spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and
determination into all aspects of our lives. May this Sports day
be a source of Inspiration for us all.

Last but not the least I thank all the teaching and non teaching
staff who were directly or indirectly involved in the event.

Thank you once again, and lets look forward to many more such
memorable events in the future.
