DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This On-The-Job Training taught us a lot like from the beginning of our duty; we cleaned
the Automotive Shop that was so messy since nobody was able to clean because of the
pandemic. Then the next we started to assemble all the engine parts that had been
disassembled to make it functional. As doing our job we experience a lot of things
because of our CPM advisor Mr. Vincente Emata taught us how to make our job clean
and also the safety protocol before we start our job to avoid accidents.

NARRATIVE EXPERIENCE

Since I started On-The-Job Training, it was also my first day back at school and the
automotive laboratory left unclean and so dirty some of the engines got rusty due the
pandemic because the students weren't allowed to go to school. The next consecutive
days we perform different hands-on activities where we need to enhance because we
forget some of the manual activity and the knowledge of online classes was not enough.
We perform a lot of assembling and also, we do overhaul of Kia Engine 8 valves and the
Automotive Teacher where they can teach their students the real setting of an engine. For
480 hours of my on job training I learned a lot because of my teacher that supervised,
teacher, and loved their students that were willing to learn and gain more knowledge
since this is the beginning of our journey after college. What we learn in school we also
apply in the future, and also, we share our knowledge to the next generation.
