Unlock your iPOS

Before you can use your iPos for case submission, you need to go thru a few training
modules. This guide will help you with it.

1. Go to AIA Life Planner Portal (ALPP) and login with your details.

2. Head to AIA Application and under AIA Web Portal choose iLearn. It will bring you into a new
page.

ATTENTION !
After you click on iLearn and there’s no new page pop-up,
make sure to enable Pop-up at your browser setting.
On iPadOS:
Setting – Safari – Block Pop Ups = Turn off
3. On top right, search for these 5 assessments and enrol it:
(Each assessment will pop up a new page)
a. NA Products and Sales Compliance (Takaful)
b. A-Life Legasi
c. A-Life Ikhtiar
d. A-Life Kasih Famili
e. A-Life Medik Famili

4. To check if you have registered for all, go to ‘Home’ in iLearn and scroll down. You will see all
enrolled classes under Enrollments. Click on Sub-Module under each assessment and click
Launch. (Refer to the answer schema given by Riezman / Leaders)

SIDE NOTE!
iLearn is the main platform for most of enrolment classes
and assessments. Get used to it ya!
