Addendum #2

As set out in the RFB Attachment #1 – RFB Definitions, Terms and Conditions, Section 2.4.1
the Ministry may respond to questions to the RFB through a written Addendum posted on the
Ontario Tenders Portal.

Bidders are reminded that the Addendum shall form an integral part of the RFB. Bidders are
responsible for obtaining all addenda issued by Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry on
ontariotenders.jaggaer.com. Except as otherwise expressly set out in this Addendum # 2, this
Addendum does not modify any parts of the RFB and is for clarification purposes only.

The following additional information will now form part of the contract documents for
tender_18792 and amends the applicable information contained in the original contract
tendering documents.

1. Ministry Answers to Bidder Questions

The Ministry wishes to provide the following responses to Bidder Questions submitted in writing:

Question #1: Bidder Question

Due to the amount of resources required to attend the optional site meeting, please consider making
the site meeting mandatory as it would promote attendance and remove discrepancies between
companies in the bidding process.
Question #1: Ministry Response
The ministry’s decision remains as set out in section 1.1.16 Optional Site Meeting, of the RFB.
