As set out in the RFB Attachment #1 – RFB Definitions, Terms and Conditions, Section 2.4.1 of
the above noted RFB, Bidders are reminded that the Addendum shall form an integral part of
the RFB. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all addenda issued by Ministry of Natural
Resources and Forestry on ontariotenders.jaggaer.com.

The following additional information will now form part of the contract documents for
tender_18792 and amends the applicable information contained in the original contract
tendering documents (including as set out in Amendments No. 1 – 6, which are incorporated in
and form part of this Addendum).

Amendment #5
The following section is deleted:

1.1.15 RFB Closing Date and Time: March 21, 2024 at 11:00:00 a.m. (Toronto time).

Note:

If the Ministry makes any changes to the RFB after a Bidder has submitted its Bid, the Bid will
be invalidated on the Ontario Tenders Portal eTendering System and the Bidder will need to re-
submit its Bid. The Bidder will be required to update any new or modified sections of the RFB by
way of the Ontario Tenders Portal eTendering System and re-submit its Bid.

Bidders will be notified of Ministry changes to the RFB through the Ontario Tenders Portal
eTendering System. In order to be notified of these changes, Bidders must continue to monitor
the Ontario Tenders Portal eTendering system after they have submitted their Bid.

Please note:

Any Bids (or sections of a Bid) submitted through the OTP online messaging function will not be
accepted.
