Subject: Immediate Action Required: Addressing Delayed Payment Concerns

for Microsoft Employee

Dear Amith Vishwnath ,

We trust this correspondence finds you in good health. We have received a
formal complaint regarding the prolonged delay in the final settlement payment
for Microsoft employees, involving both the Home Office in India and Microsoft
UK. Despite assurances, it has been brought to our attention that Microsoft has
yet to initiate any payments, causing significant distress.

To expedite resolution, we have elevated the priority of this case and are
committed to resolving it by the specified date of December 12, 2023. The
continued delay, despite the involvement of the UKVI Home Office, is
regrettable, and we acknowledge the adverse impact on the affected party, Mr.
AN Viswanatha Rao.

As part of our efforts to rectify the situation, three cheques totaling 53 lakh
rupees is being processed in Mr. AN Viswanatha Rao's name. We guarantee
delivery and the clearance of these cheques before the stipulated date.
Recognizing the urgency of this matter, we commit to providing regular updates
on the progress made.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you
have any further inquiries or require additional information, please do not
hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,

Ministry of State for Employment
