HARARE, 30 NOVEMBER 2023 - In an exciting collaboration that aims to


uplift the local film industry and empower aspiring makeup artists, Evelyn
Gambe, a renowned South Africa-based makeup artist, has joined forces
with the Zimbabwe Annual Film and Television Awards (ZAFTAs). The
partnership was officially announced today, marking a significant milestone
for the Zimbabwean creative community.

Through her esteemed film training hub, Set Skills Film and Television
Training Hub, Evelyn Gambe will sponsor the prestigious category of Best
Achievement in Makeup & Hairstyling at the ZAFTAs. This sponsorship will
provide a remarkable opportunity for the winner of this category to receive a
scholarship at Set Skills, covering the full tuition. The recipient will have the
privilege of studying under the guidance of Evelyn Gambe herself, a
prominent figure in the makeup and prosthetics industry.
