For all legal proceedings, this Agreement shall be deemed to have been performed in Nova
Scotia, Canada and shall have jurisdiction to entertain any action arising under this
Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of Nova Scotia, Canada and shall be binding upon the parties hereto, and upon (a)
their respective representatives, successors and assigns and (b) the heirs of any individual
that is a party hereto.
In the event the Client is unable to contact the Member and has reason to believe the
Member may be dead, incapacitated, etc., the Client should contact CICC.
Processing of the pertinent client data as requested by the RCIC and creation of a detailed profile
evaluation based on the data which offers a clear indication of the relative strength of the client’s
profile to allow the client to make an informed decision on the merits of proceeding to the next
step in the immigration process.
This Contract is for collection of pertinent data and creation of a profile evaluation report for
the client only.
In the event the client chooses, as a result of the conclusions in the PE report, to move to the next
step – application for the Express Entry system, the client may choose to approach the RCIC to
discuss entering into a new and separate retainer agreement for the application to EE.
The Client is responsible for obtaining the required Language Tests (IELTs) and the Education
Credential Assessments (ECA). Administrative disbursements such as copying fees will be
assumed by the RCIC. For the Express Entry Expression of Interest Submission, the client will
be required to pay CAD 1700 fees other than the Profile Evaluation fee mentioned above.
The Client acknowledges that the status of their Profile Evaluation carried out by the Paul
Abraham Immigration Consulting's RCIC would not guarantee successful Immigration to
Canada.
The Client agrees that the fees paid are for services indicated above, and any refund is
strictly limited to the amount of fees paid.

All information and documentation reviewed by the RCIC will not be divulged to any third
party, other than agents and employees, without prior consent, except as demanded by law.
If the client believes the RCIC is incapacitated or deceased, the client will contact CICC
(contact details below).
In any matter of dispute or disagreement the Client agrees to first attempt to engage in a
good faith relationship to find a solution that serves the interests of both parties including
continuing the business/professional relationship. The Client agrees to provide the RCIC
with written notice of any dispute. The RCIC will respond within two weeks with a sincere
effort to find a solution that serves the respective and mutual interests of both parties.
The Client may discharge representation and terminate this Agreement, upon writing, at
which time any outstanding fees or Disbursements will be refunded by the RCIC to the
Client/any outstanding fees or Disbursements will be remitted by the Client to the RCIC.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Code of Professional Ethics, the RCIC may withdraw
representation and terminate this Agreement, upon writing, provided withdrawal does not
cause prejudice to the Client, at which time any outstanding fees or Disbursements will be
refunded by the RCIC to the Client/any outstanding fees or Disbursements will be remitted
by the Client to the RCIC.
The RCIC, Paul Abraham, is a member in good standing of the CICC. If the
aforementioned process does not remedy any dispute between the RCIC and Client, the
Client may contact the CICC regarding this dispute arising from a perceived breach of any
of the terms of this contract by the RCIC.
