A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MRS. LAICA P.

QUIÑANOLA-BOU AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF
BARANGAY ANTAO, CARMEN, SURIGAO DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Act of
2015, mandates the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, with the concurrence of the majority of
all SK members, to appoint a secretary and a treasurer among the Katipunan ng Kabataan;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Aj A. Role presented the appointment of

MRS. LAICA P. QUIÑANOLA-BOU as the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary to the council;

WHEREAS, MRS. LAICA P. QUIÑANOLA-BOU possesses all the qualifications stipulated

in Section 10 of R.A. 10742 for the position of Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary;

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Antao approved and
concurred the appointment of MRS. LAICA P. QUIÑANOLA-BOU;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by SK Kagawad Sheila Mae R. Angos and duly seconded by
SK Kagawad Jay R. Balgoma;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to confirm the appointment of MRS. LAICA

P. QUIÑANOLA-BOU as the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Antao, Carmen,
Surigao del Sur until the end of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution shall be given to MRS. LAICA P.
QUIÑANOLA-BOU for her records, and copies furnished to the Municipal Local Government
Operations Office and to the Local Youth Development Office of Carmen, Surigao del, Sur for
their information and record.

APPROVED this 3rd day of December 2023 at Barangay Antao Session Hall, Antao, Carmen,
Surigao del Sur.
