Reset all and Reset shop instructions

Products Involved: All the TV with Chassis RT41 and RT51

Topic:
Step by step instructions to perform the Reset all and reset shop from Service menu.

Step-1:
Press the Settings button in the remote control:
Press OK on the icon: Picture.

Step-2:
Scroll down to the line Advanced settings and Press OK.
Step-3:
Scroll down to the line “Brightness Settings” and Press OK.

Step-4:
Select the option “Contrast”.

Step-5:
With the remote control, do the key sequence: 6 4 2 5
The Service menu appears like below.
Step-6:
Go to the line “Reset All” and press right arrow in the remote control.

Below menu will appear and Select OK option and Press OK.

Now TV will perform the reset automatically.

Step-7:
Go to the line “Reset Shop” and press right arrow in the remote control.

Step-8:
Below menu will appear and Select OK option and Press OK.

Now TV will perform the reset shop automatically and it will starts in First Installation mode like
below!
