Activity: Historical antecedent in the course of science and technology

In this world, many inventions are helpful, first in making cars, telephones, and others; it is
undeniable that people's minds were broad then and continue to be today. The civilization I see with the
most significant contribution to science and technology is the Egyptian and Chinese.
One of the world's earliest civilizations was that of ancient Egypt. The civilization is also among the most
well-known in human history. The enormous pyramids, temples, palaces, and tombs that the ancient
Egyptians constructed. I choose Egyptians because they invented amazing things, like ink, which was
helpful for people to write. There is also a cosmetic that can immediately notice the beauty of women like
Cleopatra, whose beauty is different because of the help provided by cosmetics. Another Egyptian
invention was the wig; as a cosplayer, this is good knowledge because wearing a wig gives confidence to
the person wearing it. Their inventions helped me within my course BSHM because I can't write today
without ink; I became more confident in standing in front of our guesses as ushers because of the
cosmetics and wigs invented by the Egyptians.
On the other hand China is a major East Asian nation with a sizable population and a long history. It is
regarded as one of the world's four great ancient civilizations, along with ancient Egypt, Babylon, and
India, and has 4,000 years of written history. It is also the only ancient civilization that has survived up to
the present day. The Chinese civilization also has beautiful inventions, just like the tea we drink, which
originated in China. People in China love to drink hot coffee, which later invented tea. Researchers say
tea has many benefits, so it is a good invention. China also created silk. Maybe you have bought it, and
perhaps you are wearing it. Silk is a type of fabric that is very soft and bright in color. It is sometimes
used to make clothes and handkerchiefs. Because of silk, our clothes have become more luxurious today.
And another thing the Chinese invented was gunpowder. The Chinese could not fight in wars back then,
so they developed a type of powder that they used to defend their territory. When many years passed, they
strengthened their weapons using gunpowder for the security and safety of the people. Because of the
invention of the Chinese in line to my chosen course my life became better because of tea; the clothes
were better with the help of silk, and the safety of the people was more secure because of the weapons
invented by the Chinese.
The importance of the inventions in my chosen civilization is more presentable and clean in front of
people. The cosmetics make my confidence to stand in front of many people. If my job is at a hotel, the
inventions are a big help because they provide security and safety to my workplace.
