CHOCOCHIP MUFFINS

Ingredients:
Yogurt- 1/2 cup
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
Flour- 3/4 cup -(Less)2 tbsp
Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Chocochips or chocolate compound broken into small
pieces -1/8th cup

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 150 degree Celsius.
2. Coat chocochips with 1/2 tsp of flour, keep around
1tbsp for garnishing without coat.
3. Mix yogurt and baking soda and keep it aside for 2
minutes.
4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
in a medium bowl; set aside.
5. Beat the oil and sugar in a large bowl with a hand
whisker for about 2 minutes, and then add yogurt mixture
and mix until combined.
6. Fold the flour mixture into the oil and curd mixture with a
spatula; mix it until smooth. Then add choco-chips that we
have coated.
7. Pour the batter dividing equally into 6 cup liners .
8. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes at 150
degree Celsius.
