Batam Aero Technic (BAT), Batam, Indonesia

 Company Budgeting and Working Program, focused to assist all department

to have comprehensive understanding about Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
and budgeting category, training category, aligned to company target set by
top management.
 Business contract with customer (airlines) and monitor achievement of KPI in
collaboration with all department to get customer satisfaction.
 Government and public relation for several assignment related to regular
reporting of capital investment activity, Special Economic Zones, and several
industrial forum held by Ministry of Industrial or association (IAMSA –

another engineering issues performed by BAT as contracted maintenance.
 Review published ICA (Instruction for Continuous Airworthiness) from aircraft
manufacture/OEM, i.e. Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program
(CAMP), Airworthiness Directive (AD), Service Bulletin (SB), Service Letter, etc.
 Liaison to aircraft manufacturer and OEM for several project, i.e. Entry In to
Services, PBH or polling spare part, Total Care Maintenance.
