- The Form 1700 is used by individual taxpayers who are employed and earn purely salaried
income. Form 1701 is used by individual taxpayers who are self-employed, employed, and earn a
mix of labor and wage income Form 1701A is a simplified version of the 1701 by individual
taxpayers whose income is at a certain level in the can be used. Form 1701Q is used by taxpayers
who are required to file quarterly income taxes. Form 1702 is used by corporations, associations,
and other non-individual taxpayers. Form 1702Q is the quarterly version of 1702, used by
taxpayers who must file quarterly income taxes. Form 2551Q is the quarterly version of 2551,
which is a remittance for withholding payroll taxes.
