Financial Hardship

My assets
I have had 3 cars, Dodge Grand Caravan (1999), Dodge Caravan (1998) and Dodge Neon
(2000) with property papers issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, registered on my
SSN, 282-11-3662. All cars were running in 30 September, 2013. I have found out that my ex
employer asked Upper Darby township to come to pick them up and take away, even if they
were parked on neighbor property and with neighbor agreement. So, I have no car now, despite
the fact that I did not sign the property papers to sell or to renounce at my properties. My ex
employer did not paid me last salary, around 1800 $, until now, 02/15/2023 .

Taxes
Referring to taxes, I have paid for all years that I have lived in US, 2006 for 2005, 2007 for
2006, and so on, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. For the year 2013 I have sent a letter to
IRS on 02/15/2023 to make an arrangement plan, because right now I am not able to pay.
I have worked only when I was allowed to do this, i.e. I have had EAD (Employment
Authorization Document).

When I have come to US, 2004, I have registered at University of South Carolina, Columbia,
SC, in Fall Semester 2005, for PhD program in computers, and I have worked as a grader. Most
of the earnings have been used to pay the school, so I have received around 30 $/week. I gave
low grades to the children of a Teacher (Steven Fener), and consequently, the father, when find
out about it to the end of semester, started to give me only 0 grades. I took 3 classes in the
semester, and I was going OK, but starting to the end of semester, all may grades started to be
0. And in final exams, I took only 0, so I have failed the semester. They said I should live the
University from South Carolina, and so I have left to Philadelphia.

It was a challenge for me, if I could finish the PhD program. I am graduated in geology since
1984 and in computers since 1997 (master in 2001) and probably I am able to finish. That is
why I have started the Master program in computers, and I have started to take classes in
Philadelphia, PA. I took a computer class at Temple University in Philadelphia, in Summer I,
2006. Then at Saint Joseph University, I took 4 classes, Spring, 2007, 2010, 2011, Spring 2013,
and at Villanova University, 2008, and West Chester University in Fall 2007, and I have started
in Fall 2013 (when I have been picked up from the street, I was in the middle of the semester).
I have paid for all the classes from the work that I was doing, that is why I was not able to take
more classes.
