In the case of defendant 1 only
Defendant's counsel:
Pursuant to the court's decision regarding the appointment of a defense attorney
for Defendant No. 1, we were both appointed to represent him on behalf of the
Public Defender's Office, and we have already visited the defendant twice at his
place of detention. The court is already aware that there is a large amount of
material involved, and in the case of defendant No. 1, in fact all the evidence is
relevant, so we need a significant and sufficient extension in order to receive and
review the material.

Decision

At this stage, we schedule a hearing in the case of defendant No. 1 for January 13,
2020 at 1:00 P.M., a date on which a hearing is scheduled in the case of the other
defendants.
We hope that every effort will be made to review the material as soon as possible.

Accused No. 1 will be brought through the IPS.

We draw the attention of the reminders to you that at the time an amended
indictment was filed, 29.11.19, in which Defendant No. 1, Amos Silver, was added,
from now on the hearing will be held in CPA 42209-04-19. Since the amended
indictment is an appendix to the notice to amend, the Secretariat is requested to
scan the amended indictment in the said file into a folder of pleadings.
